Muito bom, gostei bastante, quarto bem limpo, confortável, atendimento satisfatório, café da manhã farto e bem variado. O ponto negativo foi que devido a algum erro por parte da trip.com ou do hotel, minha reserva estava diferente da que adquiri, nos acomodaram em um quarto adaptado, diferente da reserva. A princípio insinuaram que havíamos reservado esse tipo de quarto de propósito, segundo eles por não haver mais vagas, só mudaram a postura quando apresentei o comprovante da reserva, ficaram sem saber o que diziam, transferindo a culpa para a Trip.com . Situação muito chata, e que foi ouvida por outras pessoas que aguardavam.

Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro. Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! A very strategic and good location, with affordable price.. Unfortunately we stay in a room with the window turned to the hotel's inner wall, without light or view . The air conditioning was disregulated, breakfast was in place needing more cleanliness.The swimming pool area was with bad smell of waste ...

We are a habit of this hotel , or we were a habit of it . 1st day a broken cabinet in the guard . 2th day No lights of the room - two days to concert [] 3rd day incoming breakfast fruits - hard and tasteless mama , very bad abacaxi 4th day the same thing 5th day without news 6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour 18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite . I exchanged . Hotel bem localizado, ao lado da feirinha do turista, quarto grande, Wi-Fi não funciona bem, café da manhã sem novidades. Área da piscina boa.

A localização é atendimento foram muito bons, especialmente a receptividade. A limpeza dos banheiros e qualidade dos travesseiros precisa ser melhores.A porta do banheiro do quarto que ficamos não fechava por fora, tendo que ficar encostada.

Schönes Hotel. Top Lage. Breites King Sixe Bett. Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet. Riesige Auswahl. Eierspeisen und Tapioca frisch zubereitet. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer gebucht, aber es war mega klein und nach hinten raus, ohne Balkon. Für 100 R$ Aufpreis pro Nacht haben wir dann ein Zimmer vorne raus, mit Balkon, erhalten. Leider aber ist der Strassenlärm nachts sehr störend. Die Fenster sind einfach verglast und somit nicht schalldicht.
