Very good, I enjoyed a lot, a clean room, comfortable, satisfactory service, tired and varied breakfast.
The negative point was that due to some error by trip.com or the hotel, my reservation was different from that I acquired, they hosted us in a custom room, different from the reservation. They initially suggested that we had booked this kind of room for purpose, according to them because there were no more vacancies, they only changed their position when I presented the booking evidence, they were not aware of what they said, transferring the guilt to Trip.com . This is a very annoying situation, which was heard by other people waiting.

The location is service was very good, especially the receptibility. The cleaning of the bathrooms and the quality of the laundry needs to be better.The door of the bathroom we stayed was not closed out, and must be backed.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro.
Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência.

The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden.
The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável.
Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.

KKeziaI liked the food and pre-service, the team as a gentle and demanding whole, and I only have a reservation ( suggestion) for the facilities, and for the air conditioning control, I would like a furniture beyond the fixed on the wall. And from a map of the hotel highlighting the main locations, such as: restaurant, how to reach rooftop, academia ... But the hotel is of great quality.

6th day was over the hotel water 14h promised to return in half an hour
18 hours still without water. I asked for a daily return to change hotel. The manager who could authorize became uncommunicable
I went out to dinner . About 21 hours still without water . The manager came and said he could not return the daily . He offered me to switch for a suite .
I exchanged . Suite only with cold water
7th day shower of the suite opened normally and when the hot water began disappears
Finally a complete disaster .
