The ingredients used for meals were quite high-end. **Room:** The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, featuring two separate washbasins, and the toiletries were of good quality. The room furniture was a bit dated but well-kept. The mattress felt slightly soft, likely an integrated spring type. The TV was brand new. **Lounge:** Afternoon tea included one set per room, with two scones, four pastries, and two small savory snacks. The evening happy hour offered a very simple selection of four hot dishes, fried snacks, fruits, desserts, cheese, cold cuts, and salads. Replenishment was quick. Both the cheese and desserts were of good quality, and the watermelon was excellent, probably a large, high-quality one. However, the four hot dishes were very ordinary. If an older guest wanted a stir-fry and staple for their meal, they might not find it very satisfying. One issue was that the lounge was shared with Courtyard hotel guests. This meant different room rates for the same lounge service. While this is considerate for Courtyard guests, for Marriott guests who pay a higher room rate, the overall value for money of the lounge is not high. The lounge staff provided excellent and attentive service. **Breakfast:** The highlight was the goji berry jam, which was delicious with the goji berry egg tarts – my favorite dish. The Western section offered sand onion omelets, which were also very tasty. The overall cost of breakfast seemed quite high. The watermelon was likely from Zhongwei, cut into large pieces, indicating a very good selection, and it was also delicious. However, the coffee machine might have been old; it produced poor milk foam and leaked during coffee extraction. The staff were also quite overwhelmed with clearing tables. **Front Desk & Concierge:** The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There was a slight issue with the room arrangement during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently after returning to the front desk. They also kept in touch afterward, proactively asking if I needed anything else, which I really appreciated. I believe the lady's name was Kiki. Many thanks to her. The concierge was also very professional; there was always staff at the entrance who would proactively help carry luggage to the room.

I stayed at the Kempinski Yinchuan for two consecutive nights, and overall, it was a very solid experience – the kind of comfortable stay where nothing goes wrong, and you even get a few pleasant surprises. The location is genuinely convenient. Just cross the road to your right, and you're at the Ningxia Museum. It was perfect for a stroll and then coming back to relax. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm. I slept soundly both nights. Service was prompt too; whether I needed water or something delivered, there was no delay. The breakfast bread station really impressed me. Both the croissants and the whole wheat toast were perfectly baked – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Paired with a black coffee, it was simply delightful. It's not over-the-top, and there's nothing to complain about. It's the kind of reliable choice where you think, 'I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.'

I was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time. A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere. Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues. While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!) Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!

The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended for anyone visiting Yinchuan, especially the convention centre. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked, with large bathtubs. The service is brilliant, both from the front desk staff and the cleaners, who are all quick and efficient.

The hotel's post-apocalyptic theme is stunning and great for photos, but the service doesn't quite live up to the price. The shuttle drivers were all very friendly. However, the front desk didn't explain anything, always deferring to the butler who was supposed to send information. Yet, the butler, even after connecting on WeChat, never sent details about hotel activities or the park's location. The butler service was severely lacking in the interim. When we checked in, we waited over twenty minutes without anyone escorting us to our room. Breakfast options were limited, and there weren't many facilities for young children, making it unsuitable for families with toddlers. Older children might enjoy posing for photos, and the park attractions are also geared towards older kids. Another thing is the sheer number of people doing travel photography. From morning till night, there were people outside rooms shouting instructions for photo poses. If you're traveling with a baby, I'd suggest asking the hotel for a room in a less frequented area for better privacy, as the constant foot traffic made it feel less private.

However, I have two complaints: first, the window screen wasn't very functional; second, the shower water pressure was really low, making showering inconvenient. After dinner, we took a walk hand-in-hand around the hotel. The evening breeze was gentle, and the streetlights cast a warm glow. There weren't any special plans, but every moment felt blissful.

The hotel facilities and hardware are good, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only thing that is surprising is the service attitude, especially at the front desk. During the entire check-in, the person was cold and dejected, as if she owed her two buckets of rice. Breakfast The waiter also had no sense of service. When asked if there were fried eggs, the answer was no. The machine was broken, as if it was a matter of course. Western pastries were provided for breakfast, but no knives and forks were provided. I had to spread the bread with my mouth and dig out the jam with chopsticks! As a service industry, I believe this is closely related to the general manager of the hotel. I hope it will attract attention!

I highly recommend the Anmo Hotel Helanshan! The hotel is nestled at the foot of Helan Mountain, offering spectacular natural scenery, and the stay was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive; traveling with a child, they thoughtfully upgraded our room. And because my little one wasn't feeling well, they even allowed a late checkout, which was a wonderfully thoughtful detail. The room was comfortable, and the environment was tranquil – a perfect score! There aren't many dining options nearby, but we ate twice at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious both times.
