ZhacairousiThis truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable.
Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied.
Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card.
Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city.

Guest UserThe Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

JiangmiyeyeI was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time.
A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere.
Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues.
While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!)
Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!

The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is truly unique. Its rammed earth architecture blends seamlessly with the sand dunes, creating an exotic Silk Road vibe. The infinity pool, desert bonfire, and stargazing platform are all incredibly picturesque. Waking up to a sunrise over the sand sea and seeing the Milky Way at night offers an unparalleled luxury desert experience. There's a wide array of activities, like dune bashing and camel riding, which are both therapeutic and stress-relieving. It's fantastic for travel photography – absolutely stunning!
The service is also impeccable. Our dedicated butler provided attentive support throughout our stay, available 24/7. We had car transfers for both arrival and departure, and upon check-in, we were greeted with refreshments and a travel guide. All our small requests were promptly addressed. The food was authentic and delicious, and the staff were gentle and polite, always helpful without being intrusive. It’s amazing to find such warmth and hospitality in the middle of a vast desert. Both the scenery and the service are top-notch; everyone, adults and children alike, had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
Highlights:
- Curated mini-bar selection in the room
- Private butler service
- Seasonal welcome fruit in the room

HexietianranThe hotel is close to Shan Park, and the surrounding dining and transportation options are very convenient. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it still feels incredibly new. The fitness facilities and pool are well-equipped. The front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly enthusiastic in recommending local specialty foods and attractions. A special thanks for the late check-out! The floor attendant on the tenth floor was also very professional and friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yinchuan.

Guest UserMy partner and I came to Yinchuan for the weekend. We booked the hotel on a whim, and it turned out to be the highlight of the entire trip. The room had a warm color scheme and layered lighting, unlike some hotels that are just stark white. In the afternoon, we snuggled up on the sofa by the window, basking in the sun and daydreaming, neither of us saying a word, but it felt incredibly comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, ordering a plate of hand-pulled lamb and a cold salad with wild onions. The lamb was tender and not ***** at all, and the wild onions were crisp and refreshing—even more authentic than what you'd find at trendy restaurants. After dinner, we took a walk hand-in-hand around the hotel. The evening breeze was gentle, and the streetlights cast a warm glow. There weren't any special plans, but every moment felt blissful.

The hotel facilities and hardware are good, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is rich. The only thing that is surprising is the service attitude, especially at the front desk. During the entire check-in, the person was cold and dejected, as if she owed her two buckets of rice. Breakfast The waiter also had no sense of service. When asked if there were fried eggs, the answer was no. The machine was broken, as if it was a matter of course. Western pastries were provided for breakfast, but no knives and forks were provided. I had to spread the bread with my mouth and dig out the jam with chopsticks! As a service industry, I believe this is closely related to the general manager of the hotel. I hope it will attract attention!

TingyingThis hotel boasts a fantastic design, seamlessly blending local characteristics with luxury. From its wine-red facade, reminiscent of the Helan Mountains' red rock, to the corkscrew-shaped spiral staircase and the omnipresent wine barrel elements, everything contributes to this unique aesthetic. The view from the landscape rooms is particularly stunning, offering direct panoramic views of the Helan Mountains. You can even enjoy breakfast and afternoon tea while gazing at the mountains – a truly breathtaking and exclusive experience.
It's an ideal place to stay if you're visiting nearby wineries, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. However, its isolated location and limited activities can lead to boredom if you stay too long. For instance, the swimming pool closes at 8 PM, and the restaurant and bar also shut down around the same time. There are no delivery services available, and nowhere to stroll around (taxis are hard to find, and you can't drive yourself if you've been drinking).
