The hotel's location is great. The breakfast dining area is high up and has a great view. The staff are very polite and attentive.

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

1. The checkout time is until 1 PM, which is convenient and relaxed. 2. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's substantial and delicious. 3. The bed is comfortable and the hot water works well. Don't plan on using the gym if you stay here. I went around 8 PM fully changed into workout clothes, but all the lights were off, the equipment was completely unmaintained, and the treadmill didn't even work. The staff only said that the equipment was unavailable, and it looked completely different from the gym shown in the photos. Very disappointing.

The room is a little smaller, the facilities are complete with electric irons and hair dryers, no toothbrush and toothpaste! Room hygiene and service are very good! The environment has just been remodeled because of a little smell, but the breakfast here is good!

The hotel is located in an affluent area of ​​Bogotá, surrounded by six- and seven-story residential buildings. It's a 5-8 minute walk to a variety of restaurants (Vietnamese pho, Korean cuisine, American burgers, BBQ). The hotel is clean and tidy. The only problem is that the second floor often has a bad odor. 😭 (I stayed in a second-floor suite on the 29th, but decided to move to a higher floor today. 😂) The housekeeping staff was happy to take care of the room. 🥹 The reception was warm and helpful, and spoke fluent English. The hotel breakfast is an 85 out of 100, especially for the hot lamb soup. 😁 I haven't tried the hotel lunch yet. 😅 Dinner (pictured) is Chinese pork ramen (the pork tasted disappointing) with champagne. It's around 128,000 pesos ($230). Suggestion: Go out and find something to eat. 😅😆

Minha estadia no Hilton Bogotá foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, o atendimento é impecável e a comida do restaurante é realmente ótima — de altíssima qualidade. No entanto, é importante mencionar que os preços das refeições são bem elevados. Me informaram um valor aproximado de 20 dólares, mas a conversão para pesos colombianos estava com uma taxa muito alta, o que fez o custo final em dólares ficar consideravelmente mais caro do que o esperado. Outro ponto a considerar é que a rua principal em frente ao hotel fecha aos domingos para a ciclovia, o que pode dificultar um pouco a saída ou o transporte para o aeroporto nesse dia. No geral, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e serviço, mas vale planejar o transporte de domingo e ficar atento ao câmbio aplicado no restaurante.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️ On the other hand the steam room is super!

The hotel is in a good location and very close to the airport. There is a free shuttle service to and from the hotel and the airport every half hour! Breakfast is also very rich! The service awareness is also in place and they will take the initiative to help guests carry their luggage!

Due to metro construction going on, we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s not hotel fault but I wish if construction would stop at night time. Too noisy and stressful - hope hotel provide ear plug or something to avoid this stress. Breakfast was nice.
