Llevo yendo a este balneario más de 12 años, y sigue siendo mi remanso de paz. El circuito termal es de lo mejor que he visto, el entorno bellísimo, mis rutas por los senderos que hay desde el mismo balneario añaden un plus a la estancia. Hace mucho que no voy al buffet, dejé de ir porque me parecía de poca calidad y en la cafetería hay platos y bocatas muy buenos, pero he de decir que no varían la carta hace años y que se queda pobre en cuanto a opciones de pescado (solo hay dos en toda la carta). Este año he rebajado la puntuación de las instalaciones porque había dos salas (nebulización y eucaliptus) en las que la puerta no cerraba y se escapaba el calor. El segundo día la sala de nebulización no sé podía usar, caía agua fría y hacia frío dentro. El personal del circuito termal siempre me ha parecido la peor parte del personal del hotel, de hecho, le expliqué a la persona de la recepción del circuito el problema con las puertas y me decía que siempre han estado así (no es verdad) y que no me entendía (las puertas no cierran no es una frase muy complicada). Pongo lo malo de mi estancia porque el resto es maravilloso como siempre, pero ha sido un inconveniente lo de las salas y nadie avisó ni dijo nada. La carta de la cafetería, por favor, que la renueven. El resto del personal super amable como siempre. Era la primera vez que iba en domingo y resulta que los domingos de 17 a 17.30 pueden entrar niños y estar una hora. No volveré a ir en domingo nunca más, niños gritando, corriendo...y sus padres como si no fuera con ellos la cosa. Creo que si los padres no ejercen su responsabilidad debería ser el personal del balneario quien llamase la atención, en resto de usuarios estábamos muy incómodos.

El hotel está bien ubicado a dos minutos de Elizondo. Tiene buenas instalaciones. La habitación, aunque un poco antigua, pero muy limpia, ordenada y amplia. Un punto muy bueno, la piscina y las terracota. Lo recomiendo.
