The hotel boasts very friendly and courteous staff.
The lobby is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for walking into Colmar's city center. There are recommended restaurants and shops nearby. Free parking is also available nearby.
We didn't use the hotel's pool or fitness room.
Our room was on the first floor, directly above reception. The room was clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling.
Unfortunately, the poor quality and dilapidated condition of the furniture are immediately noticeable. There's hardly a piece of furniture that doesn't rattle, wobble, or even fall apart. The walls and curtains are also covered in black stains and streaks. I always find this a shame, and it diminishes the feel-good factor for me.
We slept well in our bed. We found the hotel quiet and weren't disturbed.
The breakfast room is beautifully decorated, bright, and well-equipped. However, when fully booked, it gets really cramped, in my opinion.
The staff was very present and quick to clear, clean, and refill the buffet. Everything was still there even in the last half hour.
We found the breakfast delicious and there was a sufficient selection. The croissants, bread, and pancakes were very good. There was also delicious cheese, a selection of sausages, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Many different sweet and savory spreads. Finally, there were various cereal ingredients, a good fully automatic coffee machine, and excellent orange juice.
Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
All in all, a great hotel, apart from the lackluster furnishings.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and the room was very calm. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, you'll be put a little surprise in the morning at the door handle, which I appreciated very much.
I will recommend this hotel with my surroundings, because I am pleased with it.
Hotel very well located to visit Nancy by deposing her car at Parking very good price per day
Or come from the station walking ( 10mn)
The swimming pool is human but sufficient.

I already knew this place from visiting friends. I gave it a try afterward, and it's excellent! I understand why my friends chose this place.
Highly recommended!!!

A very distinctive hotel. After arriving, there will be staff to help with luggage and parking. The room is large and the location is very good. It takes7.8 minutes to walk to Little France. There are also many good restaurants around.
The room is generally hygienic, the home is old, not so clean, but it’s okay to live for a day.
The room is quite large. The kitchen utensils are basically everything. There is a balcony that is not bad, but there are several problems. Friends who mind should pay attention:
The front desk said that they are not hotels, so if you need cleaning service, you have to charge separately (15 euros/person). Otherwise, no one cleans the room. You have to throw the garbage yourself. The garbage bag is also charged for one more.
In addition, the sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases in the room are to be laid by yourself. They will be provided but will not be laid for you.
The location is not bad. It is not in the small town of Colma, but it is not far from the distance. It is 700 meters to 1 km to enter the town. It is close to the Colma Railway Station. It is about 600 meters away. It should be very quiet around the local residents.
We were lucky to meet a particularly beautiful evening, and the whole neighborhood was like the evening in Pixar animation, all wrapped in a golden pink, and art came from life.
Service is OK, the front desk can be English
If you want to visit the small town around Colmar, it is recommended not to spend 26 euros on the roundabout bus. It is very bad because the bus is basically 1 hour to 1 hour and a half per stop. There is only one bus. The car is very small. Once the full staff can't get on, you have to wait for the next bus. There is no extra car service. The most important thing is that it is actually The bus can reach the surrounding towns. The fare is 1.5 Europe/person. The price is super high. You can go to whichever you want.
Colma and the surrounding towns are still beautiful. It is worth visiting. It is also a shooting place in the Chinese restaurant.

PPierre-HenriWe had a great time.
The relaxation area with the swimming pool and sauna is a real plus.
Breakfast is excellent with lots of choice.
I recommend.
GGuest UserIt only takes one minute to get there from the nearest station, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind even as a single woman.
It was also close to the Arc de Triomphe, so you could walk there if you wanted to!
The room was a good size and clean!
GGuest UserExpensive and not worth it. We had booked two rooms for two adults and our two children. The pool was cold. When we ate in the restaurant (with few other guests) we had to wait an hour for the pricy food. The food was not that good and one dish had to be returned because the chicken was so dry. When we got to the rooms and looked forward to sleeping, it turned out that our two rooms on the first floor were located right above a noisy wedding party. The hotel must have been aware of that from the start. Very tired, we now had to pack our luggage and change to two new rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.
GGuest User-We found 15 euro parking to much.
At the place there stood per min. So at the ticket we need to pay 10 euro for the hours we stand there. Tought the hotel charged 15 euro.
- 30 euro for breakfeast 2 persons is to much for what you get. Cold pancakes, hard egg ( not good anymore )
- The hallways ( carpet ) was really dirty.
+ The receptionist was friendly.
+ The room was big and clean.
Should i come back, no.
91 room + tax, + breakfeast + parking = 140 a 150 euro. Not worth it.
AAnonymous UserVery nice hotel! The overall design and atmosphere are great! I really like the setting of the lobby ~ modern and trendy ~ and Colma is also cute and retro! The room was very comfortable. The toiletries are all excellent Guerlain. The service is also very nice. Among them, my mother and I both felt that the shower was really super cool (I really want to know the brand 😂 I also had breakfast in a Michelin restaurant~ It would be better if it could be richer!
GGuest UserWe had the family studio room for 3. Overall not too bad. Studio room w small kitchen and small fridge. Not much amenities. Bring your own stuff. The location was good and mall right next to it. Very convenient for shopping. And grocery too.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman.
The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular!
Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
