Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.
The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away. The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small. The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.
I loved my stay. The room was nice, it was just a shame that the edge of the bed had tears for aesthetic reasons. The staff is very welcoming and explains the services well. I had a treatment, a signature massage that the hotel offers. It was well done and the room was very calming. On arrival, you are offered a small free welcome bag. And if you don't want the room to be cleaned every day, they give you a little surprise in the morning on the door handle, which I really appreciated.
I will recommend this hotel to those around me, because I am satisfied with it.
I am basically satisfied with this hotel, but it is inconvenient to travel without a car because it is remote. I had a vegetable platter for lunch, which was satisfactory.
Not bad, the waiter is polite and enthusiastic; convenient and clean. The waiter also has a hotel your, and is very proud of the marble on the wall (I looked carefully and thought it was slate
But overall it's okay anyway
The price is very reasonable, the room is not big, the room was not equipped with soap on the first day, we bought a piece in the store, and found that the room was equipped with soap the next day, so remember to ask for it when you find no soap. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room, please remember to bring them, generally worth the price, you can recommend
The hotel is located in a small town near Strasbourg, about a half-hour drive from the city center. Because it was during the Thanksgiving Christmas market, the hotel price doubled. However, at the usual price, I think the hotel's environment and service would be acceptable. My room had a full set of kitchenware, so I could cook my own meals, making it a good choice for family trips. There are also old historical buildings and museums nearby, which are worth visiting if you have time.
A former Campanile, probably taken over by Brit this year. The architecture of Campanile does not include lifts or air conditioning. My bathroom had a bathtub. Since there was no hot water in the evening, I received the good breakfast for free. There was sauce and cheese and also a few prepared desserts. There was also bio yoghurt (photo). The plant includes a large garden. (photo). The hotel will be renovated and then probably more expensive.

Overall, excellent stay. Would certainly recommend this hotel again! The rooms on the first floor with a patio/terrace are worth it in summertime when it’s possible to sit outside!
Having stayed here in March 2023, I was keen to revisit. Unfortunately, things have changed quite a bit. Although the reception staff were friendly, the restaurant staff could have been more attentive. I was looking forward to a nice French meal similar to one I had the previous visit however the menu was disappointing and over priced. Who wants to eat burger and chips or barbeque chicken? No vegetables on offer. when we requested a green salad we were presented with a bowl of wilted soggy leaves and charged for it. Choice of wines expensive. Decided to skip breakfast which seemed over priced and after the poor dinner we decided to not risk being disappointed again. The room smelt stale and there was no water in the room for coffee machine - a note said to collect water from the fountain in the landing - I could not find any fountain only a dispensing machine which you had to pay to use. The only other redeeming factor is the Spa which remained the same and the attendant was helpful and kind. I was able to use the facility without being rushed as I arrived after 6pm.
Do note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace. The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead. The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own. You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear. Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.
It was a nice stay over here with many facilities available and the gym was so clean and well-maintained. Room was pretty huge and comes with a small pantry/kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant stay!
We had a wonderful stay at The Loisium. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The spa was incredible with heated outdoor pool; two saunas (at different temperatures) and Hamman. The food was fabulous- all sourced locally and the wine is spectacular! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to break up a journey travelling back to the UK as it’s around 3hrs from Eurotunnel
Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.
It has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much
