Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking.
What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine.

This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed.
After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room.
The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk.
The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Excellent hotel, just steps from lines 2 and 6, which take you to the city center in 10 minutes. Comfortable rooms, top-floor pool with spa. Delicious continental breakfast.

The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The lobby isn't very large, but the staff are warm, attentive, and helpful. When I asked for local dining tips, the waiter patiently helped. The places they recommended were good value for money. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to the city center square, making it very convenient to visit attractions. The hotel is also surrounded by a pleasant green space.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and no peculiar smell. It is convenient for business travel. There are two large shopping malls within walking distance, which makes shopping convenient. There is a free indoor swimming pool and gym. The overall stay experience is very good. The hotel is on the top of the mountain, the scenery is good, but if you are not driving, you should book carefully. The self-driving journey is shown in the picture. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is wifi in the hotel lobby, the room is not, the room is small
