The hotel is relatively new, the surrounding area is relatively safe, shopping is quite convenient, and the breakfast is average. The price was quite affordable at the beginning, but it seems not so cost-effective after the recent price increase.

Book this for my mom and brother and they loved the property. Convenience in location from the airport, great food, great customer service and room were clean and comfortable. Offer airport pick up and drop off service for a good price or there are scheduled free bus services.

This hotel is in a good and safe location, close to great restaurants and bars, as well as the National Museum. The historical downtown isn’t far either, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are always ready to help. The only downside was the bathroom door, which didn’t fully close, leading to water splashing outside. Other than that, everything was excellent. Another bonus is the Georgian restaurant right next to the hotel. The food there is incredibly authentic and delicious - highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different!

There are convenience stores such as OXXO nearby, and it is very lively and safe to go out to buy things at night. The gym is great. The restaurant is good and recommended by local partners. The most recommended is the laundry service, which costs 45,000 pesos (about 12 US dollars) for a laundry bag and can get everything done. They will even fold it for you.
