This is a local Indonesian chain hotel. The room facilities are average, but there's a good selection for breakfast. There are also restaurants nearby. It's okay for a business trip.

Clean, comfortable, varied breakfast menu. Need to be improved at the reception, maybe if there are many guests there can be 2 receptionists. 1 receptionist serves room reservations, so when checking in there is a long wait. Even though there are 2 unused computers and there is 1 staff who is just standing there who should be able to help with the check-in process. Also, this is the first time I have checked out and been asked for my ID card again. It's a bit complicated. Otherwise, it's very satisfying.

Superb hotel for this price. However was in renovation perhaps that's why I got cheap. Great service and great pool and bar area.

The hotel is new and clean and is located very close to the airport. The help me with the shuttle two times and also it was great the possibility that it was possible to have breakfast very early in the morning due to Ramadan at 4 am I had early flight. Otherwise, no negatives the room is big and everything is great.

The hotel room is huge and clean, all the staff polite and humble, I think need to improve only the shower 🚿 Thank you 🙏
