Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The front desk staff were very polite. One of the ladies, who looked like she was of mixed Chinese and American descent, even pronounced my words correctly. The location isn't near tourist spots; it's in a commercial area. There are plenty of yellow taxis to take you to the old town, which is very convenient. It's not far from the city center to the sluice gate, so it's best to leave early. Breakfast is quite good for a few dozen yuan. Although it's an old hotel, the world outside is vast and diverse. It was clean and safe, and I was satisfied with my stay!

This hotel is an oasis in the heart of downtown! Clean and spacious public areas! It has an inside bar with a pool table, restaurant, beer pub and outdoor beer garden. The outside areas were filled with beautiful green tropical plants and flowers and the pool was clean. Love the decor all over and even in the elevator!! Our king size bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and the bathroom was clean, stocked well and had plenty of hot water. The only slightly negative thing I can say is that the carpet could be replaced but it was clean. The service was very good from the front desk to the beer garden to the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to couples and large groups! Oh, they have a workout room also!

After I booked this hotel I read some of the reviews that weren’t good. On arrival I was dreading what I was turning up too. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are of a large size Hotel is a little dated Has a small swimming pool Breakfast is served. Overall great value for the money Definitely would use again

This hotel fully lives up to its five-star rating. The room was luxurious and spacious, with everything you could possibly need, and crisp, white linens! The breakfast will satisfy anyone's cravings, with an abundance of fruit, salmon, Asian cuisine, and so much more!!! Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are relatively clean. However, because it is very old, the facilities are relatively old, the breakfast is relatively small, and there is only one fast food restaurant for dinner. The price is reasonable, and the swimming pool is not very clean.

Nice hotel for families and business travelers. Service & amenities are good. No complains. Pool is very small so that was a major disappointment. Gym is good. Rooms are spacious and clean.. overall a good & pleasant stay. Quite a few restaurants & bars just opposite the hotel..
