Disposable slippers were not provided; 2. The electric kettle was broken; 3. The showerhead had low water pressure; 4. The bathroom light switches lacked waterproof covers.

While the hotel's amenities were excellent, a serious security breach overshadows everything. Staff gave my room key to an unauthorized person not registered to my room. This is a fundamental failure in customer privacy and safety, which prevents me from giving a higher rating. My stay was marred by a significant security lapse. Despite everything else being satisfactory, I was shocked to learn that the front desk gave my room key to another individual without my permission. This person was not registered to my room, which raises serious concerns about privacy and safety protocols. I have never experienced such a breach in any hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, but the breakfast is good, especially the eel noodles – what more could you ask for? The Wi-Fi was decent too. Plus, the bathroom even had a bathtub. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel is located in the city center. Although it is a long way from Lumen Beach, it is also very convenient. Hotels near the beach are often full and the room rates are very expensive. Because this hotel is new, the bathroom and bed facilities in the room are clean and comfortable. This time the hotel arranged for us to stay on the 9th floor of a high-rise building, where we could enjoy the scenery outside the window and a bird's eye view of Vinh City and the beautiful night view. In addition, the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, and they will take the initiative to care about the quality of the stay. The breakfast meals are also very rich, especially the eel soup for breakfast, which is very delicious. There is also an exclusive parking space for parking, which is convenient, and the security guard outside the door is friendly. Overall, the service is very professional and highly recommended. Will stay here next time.

The hotel was quite new, right by the sea. However, perhaps because it was a weekday when I checked in, there were very few guests. We arrived quite late and hadn't had dinner, but the hotel still offered to serve us food, and the dishes were still very good, not perfunctory at all.

Excellent service and excellent cleanlines. Only problem is that the gym is REALLY lacking. The gym needs more equipment and weights. Not possible to do a proper workout with the equipment they have. Aside from that it was all good.

Located in the center of Huangmei City, this is considered one of the best hotels in the area. The front desk staff were very friendly, the rooms were fairly clean, and the rice noodles for breakfast were quite good.
