A very pleasant stay had in Bad Arolsen. Reception friendly reception. We were one hour early but that was no problem. Good room and wellness and swimming pool were excellent. Good breakfast. We're probably coming back a little bit. Thanks ☺️
The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service (see image below). Airport drop-off is available by advance booking for €5 per person. Their shuttle buses are small, seating only 8 people, so advance booking is necessary; last-minute inquiries may not guarantee availability. This hotel is next to the Holidayinn Express. Overall, it's quite nice and I recommend staying here.

Premium Airport Hotel with all necessary comfort features. Costly extra service fees i.e. Parking (30 Euro per night), pet fee (45 Euro per pet) and breakfast (29 Euro per Person).

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay. Overall, it works well as a convenient city base, especially if you value being close to U- and S-Bahn connections and local weekend markets.Room and comfortThe room itself was comfortable but unfortunately too warm, and it was not obvious how to adjust the temperature settings. There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.Facilities and closuresAlthough the hotel advertises an indoor pool and sauna as part of its wellness offering, both the pool and sauna were closed during this stay, which was a let-down. This is worth checking in advance if these facilities are important for your trip.Location and transportThe location is one of the hotel’s strongest points, set on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße right by the Zeil shopping area and within easy reach of major sights. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are very close, making it simple to reach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, the airport and other parts of the city in just a few minutes.Markets and nearby vibeThe surrounding area has a lively city feel, and there is a weekend market within walking distance, adding a nice local touch to the stay. Being able to step out of the hotel and quickly reach both shops and market stalls is a real advantage if you enjoy browsing food and local products.Overall impressionThis hotel is a solid choice for location and public transport access, especially if you plan to explore Frankfurt’s centre and markets on foot. However, unclear room temperature controls and the closure of the pool and sauna during the stay meant the experience did not fully meet expectations.
Room are large, bed is ok, but still a nice hotel and bar, staff are very friendly and supportive. Only downside is is there’s no combin promotion with kids stay for free at breakfast time which means will reduce amount of of families visiting.
Very nice and clean room that is of good size. Hotel feels relatively new. Walking distance to shopping mall, but further away from the central business district. But it's a nice area to stay in. Will choose this hotel again if I go back to Frankfurt.

GGuest UserThe Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel consistently receives high ratings, typically between 8.3 and 9.2 out of 10 on major platforms, largely due to its 'seamless' and incredibly convenient location. It's an excellent choice for layovers or early morning flights.
**Pros:**
* **Seamless Connection:** Its prime location is the biggest draw. It's directly connected to Terminal 1 via a covered walkway, just a few minutes' walk away, meaning you don't even need to go outside.
* **Transportation Hub:** The airport's long-distance and regional train station is right downstairs, making it a quick 15-minute journey to Frankfurt's central station.
* **Well-Equipped:** Partially renovated in 2021, the hotel boasts excellent soundproofing and comfortable beds. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs, making dining easy.
* **Great Dining Options:** The breakfast spread is extensive (around €35/person), even offering congee. Several restaurants are open throughout the day.
**Helpful Tips:**
* **Finding Your Way:** If arriving at Terminal 1, look for the escalator near Area B or Lufthansa counter #13. Take it up to the departures level and follow the signs.
* **Member Benefits:** Marriott Bonvoy elite members are advised to choose an Executive Room, as it grants access to the lounge, which is great for meals and drinks.
**Summary:** If ultimate convenience is your priority, this hotel is unmatched and practically irreplaceable. However, if you're seeking better value for money or a more modern luxury experience, hotels accessible by shuttle bus in the surrounding area might be a more suitable option.
KKathrinHFrankfurt Airport hotel with the newest interior compared to the other ones. Good location close to train station and Rossmann. Great breakfast buffet. The washing sink with faucets always gets on my nerves as you cannot move them properly with wet hands., but that's the only issue I see.
GGuest UserAs a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.
