Hotel was typical of a Holiday Inn property - nothing fancy but generally comfortable. Karol at the front desk kindly assisted us with both checking in and out and left a good impression on us. Rooms were clean and housekeeping good, but the soundproofing in the room was awful - you could hear people running down the corridor past midnight and constant stomping from people in rooms above. Location is excellent as its just a 2 minute walk from plenty of dining options along High St Kensington and the tube station.
Leonardo Hotel was the perfect hotel for me and my daughter. It is exactly where the venue for my London Fashion Week gig is! It was walkable from the train station and was surprisingly very near the London Tower Bridge! E can even see it from our hotel window! Superb location! The restaurants are just closeby and a costco supermarket too! Had a great time in this hotel! Highly recommended for travellers like me!
The location is convenient if you’re flying in or out of the airport, but not ideal for exploring central London.
The hotel itself is clean and everything works as expected, but nothing really stands out.
One downside was the price of drinks at the hotel bar, which is more expensive than nearby options.
Overall, it’s a functional place to stay if you need to be close to the airport, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics.
The hotel has a strong cultural atmosphere, is very unique, and is beautifully decorated. The breakfast is very good, and the restaurant environment is also very good! The sauna on the first floor is also very good!
Stayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth).
Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place

Reception and the concierge were lovely, super friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, shower had great water pressure. Only thing was there were no plug sockets near the mirror, so styling hair was difficult. The bathing pool was good and we enjoyed using it. The breakfast was tasty, however there was confusion with staff as when coming back to our table another family had been placed there despite us placing orders at that table before heading to the buffet. Luckily this was sorted quickly, but did seem a little disorganised. However, overall we had a lovely stay and staff were great.
The hotel is in a fantastic location. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, while checking and waiting for 15 minutes in a queue a man told us that he is closing down his desk when it was our turn, bit of an odd timing when you have so many costumers waiting, but the lady helping us after was great . Everyone in the executive lounge was very friendly, same with the spa staff.
Breakfast was very nice, lots of variety and constantly stocked up.
Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges
Rating: ★★★☆☆
I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
LLexinotlexieI recently stayed at the hotel and the overall experience was great, especially Melissa and Angie at the front desk who made me feel at home with their professionalism and hospitality.
On the day of my arrival, I arrived late to the hotel, but Angie, the front desk clerk, still smiling, quickly helped me check in and patiently explained the hotel facilities to me. On the third day of my stay, Melissa, the front desk staff, patiently assisted me with the renewal procedures and kindly gave me an umbrella. Although the hotel was very busy at that time, I admired her affinity.
They maintained a high level of professionalism throughout their stay, from answering my questions to helping with restaurant reservations and transportation, and were meticulous, reflecting the excellent service standards of a five-star hotel. Of course, the location of the hotel is really good, the comfort of the room is also very good, every night I have a better sleep, especially the sound insulation, which makes me very comfortable.
My heartfelt thanks to the Langham Hotel, especially the wonderful staff at the front desk, for making my trip even more perfect. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to other travelers! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

SSaeeddThe two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.
CCheuk KiA very stylish hotel, nice staff, but some points to note:
They almost charge me TWICE when I have prepaid online already, they charged again and said will refund to me while others hotels didn’t come across such issue. Hope the refund will be processed asap and other than this. The room is good. Oh one more thing the cafe inside is very decorative but I waited the food for an hour then the manager told me that the kitchen crew got some problems and the whole team left and finally I didn’t have any food at all for my dinner and just a piece of cookies for giveaway , again the hotel is very decorative but the above two incidents made my trip more memorable:)

YYingWe had a good time at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge, from reception to room layout and super convenient location, we did enjoy our stay for 3 nights. One bonus at this hotel that we found out the room has a microwave and mini fridge, which is super useful if traveling with kids. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay at famous landmark like Big Ben, London Eye or Waterloo Station etc.
JJGTLocated in zone 2/3, it is quite far away from city centre, and the price is lower than that of five star hotels in London. If you need to travel a lot to the centre, it may not the best choice.
