"Nice room and hotel. Front of house service were absolutely terrible. They did not explain to me that parking was an additional fee, they simply took my registration. They should be transparent with the fact that parking is an additional fee on site, not trying and hide that until the clients invoice arrives?!
Breakfast was actually quite good as long as you're not expecting 5 or 6* food. It was delicious and good sustenance. Location is super. Right near Regent's Park. Not the most appealing hotel from outside, but inside is fine.
Last point, while th decorations/renovations are great, they could have installed new showers. The bathtub shower is tiny, difficult to stand in and the water pressure was appalling.
Would I stay here again? No. Was it a decent hotel? Yes. Was the price appropriate per night? This is London, nothing is priced appropriately.

Shany_33Gym is well equipped with new machines and very well kept. Swimming pool is nice.
Room is big for London standard and there is coffee machine with nice coffee capsule for selection. But it’s a bit aged thought it’s very clean.
Breakfast at Level 2 Terrace is very cosy and nice. Totally worth it.

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London.
Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists.
The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

TaiguoheruobiThis is an old hotel that has recently been renovated. The rooms are a bit small but feel new, and the view of the park is wonderful and uplifting. I received a welcome dessert upon check-in and got a room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial street and museums, and you can see the CBD from the top floor. The only downside was the Chinese restaurant upstairs – the kind of Chinese food foreigners like is definitely a no-go for me.

Guest UserOur family of four booked the Tower Bridge view suite, which was incredibly spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine – super convenient! The view of Tower Bridge from our window was amazing, and the subway station was just a few steps downstairs, along with a ferry terminal. We used boats and the subway for all our travel, which was really easy. There's a small supermarket a few hundred meters away where you can pick up basic groceries, fruit, and daily necessities. The only downside was the price being a bit high during peak season, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk staff were also very nice! By the way, they provided slippers, toothbrushes, and toiletries, so I didn't even need to use the ones I brought. 😀

Guest UserThe breakfast here is very good. It's quite close to attractions like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. To get to the British Museum and Buckingham Palace, you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. I didn't see any supermarkets nearby, though. The air conditioning works well, and you'll need to ask them for a toothbrush. The complimentary bottled water comes in glass bottles. Many Chinese tourists stay here.

My one negative was the waiting time to check in which had a queue of over 30 people waiting and only 3 staff checking in. Maybe check in times should be staggered if this is the case every weekend, however this may be a one off and the staff themselves were very polite and check in was very smooth once completed

Guest UserI really can't help but complain about this hotel. It's not cheap, but it's incredibly hard to find. They say it's connected to The O2, but it's very far from the subway station and extremely difficult to locate, with very few signs. Also, the check-in and check-out process was the longest I've ever experienced. On top of that, the mini-bar in the room was ridiculously expensive, and they didn't specify which items were chargeable or provide prices in advance. I only drank two bottles of water and took out a biscuit but didn't touch it, and they deducted £33 from my deposit. If it weren't for the Ariana Grande concert, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel at all. It's definitely the worst InterContinental I've ever stayed at in terms of service.
However, there were some pleasant surprises. The room facilities and the view were top-notch and worth the price. It's just the service and the location that are hard to overlook.

Guest UserTwo nights in this literary haven felt like stepping into a piece of London’s history. What was once the Limehouse Public Library has been reborn as a hotel full of warmth, art and character, with every room named after a writer, scientist or thinker.
The building itself is stunning – grand original architecture outside, rich wood panelling, bookshelves and eclectic decor inside. It’s quiet, atmospheric and far more memorable than a standard city hotel. Our room was comfortable and immaculately clean, with thoughtful details that tie back to its namesake figure.
Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with a wonderful variety, and the little library lounge is perfect for a quiet coffee or read. The Turkish hammam and rooftop terrace are lovely bonus facilities too.
Handy for public transport, away from the noise of central London but still well connected. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a stay with real soul.

WozaiyingguochishutiaoThe location is fantastic, right next to St. Paul's Cathedral, truly in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is generally good and convenient.
Facilities: The hotel has most of what you'd expect, though the room is a bit small. But that's pretty standard for UK hotels; this king-size room is about 25 square meters. The air conditioning was a little noisy at night, but it didn't really bother me overall.
Ambiance: The atmosphere is nice. They have a rooftop bar on the 7th floor where you can enjoy night views of St. Paul's, but there's a dress code – no casual wear allowed.

Guest UserMy stay at the Sofitel London Heathrow was absolutely fantastic, five-star review! The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location, directly connected to Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. This is a huge relief for travelers with early morning flights, late arrivals, or those needing to transfer, as you don't have to lug your baggage around.
The hotel's overall ambiance is very high-quality, with spacious and grand public areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, and both the space and amenities are excellent. The bedding was especially comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb; even though it's right next to the airport, I wasn't bothered by airplane noise when resting.
The staff were professional and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and smooth. The breakfast selection was also very rich, perfectly meeting my needs before departure.
Overall, the location, comfort, and service were all of a very high standard, making it a highly recommendable hotel near Heathrow Airport. It's especially recommended for travelers departing from T5. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I have a layover or an early flight at Heathrow!
