The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable
The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin).
However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua
Very good stay experience. I think this is the best and most cost-effective hotel in London, far exceeding the Bulgari in London. The hotel staff is very good, enthusiastic and professional. During the stay, due to negligence, I lost my credit card in the lobby. A female staff member of the hotel found it and took the initiative to pick it up for me. When I returned to the hotel, the concierge at the door told me that my credit card was lost here and took me to the front desk to pick it up. I am really grateful to every staff member. The room is very large and has a separate large cloakroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, double washbasins, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, bathtub TV, and a very rich mini bar. It is really rare to see rooms of this size in London. The bedding is very comfortable, and the screen of the smart control device in the room has Chinese options. It is very friendly to Chinese people. A brother at the concierge at the door will greet in Chinese. It is really a great hotel. This is the best one I have ever stayed in in the Peninsula.

Hotel was typical of a Holiday Inn property - nothing fancy but generally comfortable. Karol at the front desk kindly assisted us with both checking in and out and left a good impression on us. Rooms were clean and housekeeping good, but the soundproofing in the room was awful - you could hear people running down the corridor past midnight and constant stomping from people in rooms above. Location is excellent as its just a 2 minute walk from plenty of dining options along High St Kensington and the tube station.

Old hotel, good location, convenient for shopping nearby. The room facilities are a little old, but the exterior is OK. There is a Cantonese restaurant nearby, the taste is good, recommended.

Much better than expected. Quiet, high-class, very good, very convenient, excellent service. London attractions are really concentrated. There are several large parks, Buckingham Palace and Leicester Square nearby. You can walk everywhere in 30 minutes. The subway station is right next to the train station and the airport.

The first Andaz hotel is very distinctive as the origin of this brand. It was formerly the Great Eastern Hotel. It happened to be the time for the hotel's lobby to hold a memorial exhibition for Ryu Sakamoto (who had performed an impromptu performance at the Great Eastern Hotel in 2001).
Stayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth).
Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place
The hotel is next to the theatre where the Phantom of the Opera was shown, Trafalgar Square, which is very convenient. The room is relatively large and the facilities are new. The sanitation is good, which is in line with the consistent quality of Sofitel.

LLorelie MandelaLeonardo Hotel was the perfect hotel for me and my daughter. It is exactly where the venue for my London Fashion Week gig is! It was walkable from the train station and was surprisingly very near the London Tower Bridge! E can even see it from our hotel window! Superb location! The restaurants are just closeby and a costco supermarket too! Had a great time in this hotel! Highly recommended for travellers like me!
LLiuqianlinMixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges
Rating: ★★★☆☆
I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
CCamille OliverThe location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service.
Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.

SSaeeddThe two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.
SSnoopy 55Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The location is simply fantastic as there is a walkway to The O2 shopping centre. The centre has an array of restaurants and discounted shops. The service at The Intercontinental hotel was superb. The only disappointment was the gym and sauna were both closed. Our room was stunning, comfy beds and lovely extras like a Nespresso coffee maker, robes and slippers. The sky bar was beautiful. I would recommend this hotel and we will come again.
KKiwiwiWithin a 10-min walk to Paddington Station, Inhabit Queen’s Gardens is a classy yet cozy hotel to stay. In the first night our room was arranged in the basement that it was bit smelly from the drainage. We requested to change room to other floors and was accommodated on the first floor for stay of the following two nights. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. Unlimited supply of water, tea and coffee at the water station in each floor which was a big plus for me. Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful front desk staff.
WWei Kang EdwinGreat location which is walking distance from the Big Ben tower. Our views are opposite a school campus but that’s alright. Nearby amenities are alright with ily cafe, walkable underground (5-10 minutes)
Only bad is the water temperature of the toilet is quite hard to control and toilets door are not sealed properly where when you took a shower, toilet would be wet. And toilet amenities are only given upon request.
GGuest UserBrilliant service, They cater to their customers. Upon arrival i had a lot of luggage and a kind gent kindly opened the door for me and indicated where to check in. Smooth sailing process. We had a beautiful room. This hotel trip of two nights was for my girlfriends birthday celebration, so i did inform them about decorating. Overall experience 8.5/10
