"The location is fantastic if you have to catch an early flight (they have a free shuttle), but a disaster if you want to spend there more than 1 night: you’re surrounded by the highway and there is nothing to do. I got upgraded to a room with a window and I was blessed with a view of Singapore airlines passing in the distance. Bed is very good, pillows are old. Toilet and shower are funny, but work."

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

This hotel's location is very strategic for transit passengers, especially for Umrah/Hajj pilgrims. Regarding cleanliness, the carpet should be replaced with a new one to avoid the musty smell. For facilities, there's no elevator to the rooms, which can be a bit challenging if guests have a lot of luggage. Overall, the hotel staff's service is excellent and friendly; they even escorted me to the check-in counter. Thanks!

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

Located in a complex near Jakarta Airport. The hotel lobby is quite grand. The room size isn't huge, but it's enough for an overnight stay. During breakfast, staff even brought items for photos.

This airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3. To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel. Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo. Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.
