Good location in Banten, everything are good only the room size a bit too small, even after upgraded, especially toilet.. But so far the service and breakfast are above par.
We’ve got upgraded from regular cabana to a bigger size cabana. General service is good. We’ve come here multiple years. Especially my wife she has come here since she was a child.
But I dont think we’re coming back… there was dead cockroach inside the room, okay no big deal its a garden heaven there. Ok, cleaners didnt clean the room properly, used coffee glasses are left where they are, uncleaned. Come on. We even tipped those cleaners before we left but still…
Can feel a tensed attitude from many of the staffs, very arrogant. But who cares.. we are here for holiday right?
Maybe next, its time to choose a better quality hotel. Its time to move on.
The room is clean but a little bit small. Food is a little bit above average. I don't use any facilities so I can't say anything. Overall I like this hotel for the reasonable price.
If you just need some place to sleep, this is the right place
If I go to PIK2 again I'm considering to book this hotel again.
The pool was very dirty. I dunno it's the help keeper do their stuff or not. There's lot of dead insects and hair in the water. I gave 1 of 5 stars to these. Very awful!
The hotel is ideally located right next to AEON, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the breakfast spread is excellent, and there's even a swimming pool. It's a perfect choice for those attending an exhibition.
Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.
I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience.
One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!
Satisfied with excellent service , I will stay in this hotel again when i am in tangerang !
I don’t want to go back 😫
I upgraded to Executive Suite at the hotel and I was satisfied!
Worth every penny!
Thank you Mercure Tangerang Center 🫶🏻
Far from the exhibition hall, the surrounding facilities are not mature, and the breakfast is average

LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.
OohohcrIf you're attending a concert at ICEBSD, this is definitely the place to stay! It's super, super, super close to the venue, just a few minutes' walk. The accommodation itself is on par with a typical budget hotel in China. You will hear a lot of motorbike noise late at night, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast buffet is just okay, nothing special but it'll fill you up.
KKenny Kai YuenThe bang was not good for the buck.
Only good thing about this hotel was how close it was to the airport, and it has shuttle-bus service to all the terminals.
The room was way too small for the $$$ you are forking out.
The breakfast was OK tho...
Next time id' choose the Ibis Budget hotel right next to this one.
GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement
EEphaniaaaCozy, all foods are delicious, super friendly and helpful staffs, high quality bed and pillow (king koil), clean, unlimited drinking water when you’re staying there. Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

EErwi SasmitaIt was a pleasant stay before our flight back. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food and a good shuttle service to the airport. Keep it up, FM7 Resort — we’ll definitely come back!
AAnonymous UserD’primahotel Airport Jakarta Terminal 3 Wellness Center is a convenient and practical choice for travelers in transit or with early flights, located right inside Soekarno-Hatta Airport’s Terminal 3. The rooms are clean and modern but quite compact, with no windows and limited space for large luggage. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the wellness center offers a nice place to relax before or after a flight. While the location is unbeatable for airport access, some guests note minor issues such as noise from the corridor, fixed air-conditioning, and small bathrooms. Overall, it’s a great option for short stays and rest between flights, offering comfort and efficiency rather than luxury.
