Brief overnight stay. Everything was fine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The balcony and sea view was a bonus. Nice big shower in the bathroom but no hand towels. Wi-Fi was good but required a different log-in when outside the room.
In the common areas, the gym was good and pretty well equipped. The covered pool was a bit small and random. Unfortunately we had to skip breakfast as we had a very early flight to catch.
There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.
Five minutes walking distance from the airport, a bit old hotel. I was prompted twice to order, but it didn't take two hours. In the end, I was given free of charge for the meal, which was a sign of etiquette. But no loss.
The receptionist service is very friendly... the hotel room is quite spacious and clean... the location is close to the beach and famous culinary... the breakfast variety is quite extensive, but please maintain the freshness of the fruit...
Malibu's opinion is a little less, just asked for it, then there is only one, there is no mat, no kettle for hot water, 529 is not recommended. The facilities are like that
Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe place is close to the city center. It’s clean, and the hot water works well. Friendly service. 100% non-smoking rooms at the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's okay for a hotel in Class 8 in Bali. You can't ask for too much. There's nothing major wrong with it. The view outside the window is nice. Generally speaking, the room is older. The towels are not dirty, but they feel like they can't be washed out.
DdiondewanataA big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour).
Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door!
The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing.
When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

AAnonymous UserSmall room but just nice for 1 person. Location is great, and there is a designated parking for midtown too. The only downside was that the AC is old so it made a lot of noise.
LLeonardi CahyawijayaI love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month.
The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.
Wide range selection of breakfast menu. Love it.
OOdysamarindaIt was very pleasant to stay here, the hotel is clean, the room facilities are well equipped, the bathroom is also clean and makes you feel at home for a long time in it.
The view I got was a view of the city, quite beautiful and romantic. The children really liked the swimming pool facility, it was really cool because it was indoor, it really made me addicted.
There's quite a lot for breakfast, I tried the fried rice but it was a bit graphic in my opinion.
