My stay here was average and a bit disappointing
There was a constant leak somewhere in the bathroom which kept the floor wet
The breakfast was okay, there was a good variety to choose from
Room that we always remember! River view with high floor that we want.. bonus, our rooms is right in front of the lift
Child pool and breakfast are yeay! :)
I love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month.
The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.

There are a lot of ants in the hotel, and there are coffee residues on the coffee spoons in the hotel bar. It is obvious that the staff is lazy and did not replace them. Other services are very good.
It's okay for a hotel in Class 8 in Bali. You can't ask for too much. There's nothing major wrong with it. The view outside the window is nice. Generally speaking, the room is older. The towels are not dirty, but they feel like they can't be washed out.

DdiondewanataA big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour).
Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door!
The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing.
When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.
SsilviaMalibu's opinion is a little less, just asked for it, then there is only one, there is no mat, no kettle for hot water, 529 is not recommended. The facilities are like that

OOdysamarindaIt was very pleasant to stay here, the hotel is clean, the room facilities are well equipped, the bathroom is also clean and makes you feel at home for a long time in it.
The view I got was a view of the city, quite beautiful and romantic. The children really liked the swimming pool facility, it was really cool because it was indoor, it really made me addicted.
There's quite a lot for breakfast, I tried the fried rice but it was a bit graphic in my opinion.
