This is definitely the best resort in Manado. Although it is a little far from the city (but the absolutely beautiful sea view must be far from the city), it has its own pier and dive shop. Who knows my family, why there are no Chinese people staying here. I went to stay at 2 pm, and I arrived more than an hour early. The sea view from this place is absolutely stunning. I stayed here for two nights in Manado as a layover before going diving in Raja Ampat. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM on the day of check-in and was able to pay an extra 250,000 IDR at the front desk for an early check-in, and they even upgraded my room. On the day I left, my flight was at 8 PM, and I paid another 250,000 IDR to extend my check-out until 4 PM. Overall, everything was great, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the bathroom felt a bit old and run down, probably because the hotel itself is older and the bathroom maintenance hasn't been great. There's an Italian restaurant downstairs called Amicoo which was quite good, although the service was a bit slow.

The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

The resort is close to the left of the Blue and Blue Strait. The location is often good for divers, but the resort is very biased. There is no restaurant convenience store. There is another diving resort Yos next door. There is a small fishing village across the road. First off, there's an old wing and a new wing. I booked without really thinking and ended up in the old wing. The advantage of the old wing is that it's a low-rise building, so the population density is relatively low, and it's quiet. However, you do have to walk to the main building (though golf carts are available, waiting for one often takes longer). The downside is that the facilities visibly show their age. For breakfast, there's a wide variety, but nothing particularly stood out as delicious. Nonetheless, the overall facilities are clean, and the swimming pool, in particular, is very well-maintained, making it a good place for families to stay. I would definitely consider staying here again!

In the morning need to provided 2 elevator, so elevator doesn’t need to use stairs. It’s not good! Cos planty people going up and down for breakfast. If is just one elevetor it’s chaos.

It is one of the hotels with good cost-effectiveness among the accommodations I stayed in Manado. Additionally, the room I stayed in on my second visit was in the annex, and although the rate was a little cheaper, the facilities and structure were inferior to those of the main building. Please keep this in mind.
