Enjoyed my hotel stay in Zasgo, conveniently being picked up from airport with a rate of 75k IDR. Although I reached early, Elsa managed to get me checked in by 1030am when there is an availability of room. Appreciate that she offered for a foot massage when I had a sprained ankle on my last day in Labuan Bajo just so that it will ease my journey back home instead of limping. Staffs are all very friendly and always has a smile on their face. Just take note that their room cleaning service is 2x per day. Room is pretty clean, just some noises from the water pipes but still managed to get a good sleep after a tiring trip back from the islands. Would definitely come back again, appreciate their hospitality a lot! Manage to catch the amazing view during breakfast at the hotel. There is a convenience Zasgo mart available to get drinks and snacks.

First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly service, good breakfast, but there are still problems with rooms such as a blocked sink, the toilet is on the 3rd floor new but it is disgusting yellow like never brushed. This hotel needs vixal/porstek/harpic and something Because it's a pity that the interior of the hotel is good but not taken care of

The hotel is right on the city centre. You need to get a room with the Seaview and the scenery in the morning is beautiful. The service is slow at times but overall is acceptable. It is easy to get a taxi to the airport from there. I will stay here again.

Coffee shop service is excellent! Only 1 lift is working and I stay on 17 floor! Rooftop bar and dining is close, aircon is running half speed throughout the hotel..

My family and I had a vacation in Kupang and we were very happy to stay at a star hotel in Kupang City. The service was very satisfying, especially the food was very delicious. The hotel is complete with a swimming pool facility that is safe for my children. The Kristal Kupang hotel is really cool.

Room was very nice, however better soundproofing of the windows esp. of the rooms facing inward land, is necessary, as the area is very noisy and we were awakened. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and very quick service recovery when we provided feedback at check-out (our repeated requests for hand towels- missing from room- were not fulfilled). Enjoyed the wide breakfast selection and scenic refreshing space for the meal. However, infinity pool area was extremely hot and scorching in the afternoon due to direction facing, and we decided not to use the pool. Construction of some fabric awning for shade would be nice. Some common areas (e.g. breakfast floor toilet) looked a bit worn.

After 3 times at Sotis I have to say that: - the rooms. The bathroom and the breakfast more than good - cknr phre good service from the Staff Unfortunately the pool has no staff who can intervene in the assault of noisy guests and who use this space as a playground. The result is that the pool becomes unusable. Furthermore, the beach in front of the hotel is used by locals to have picnics cooking and flooding the entire outside area with smoke, smells and a lot of noise.... I'm sorry but I think that next time in Kupang I will look for another solution.

New Hotel, nice view and decor. Check out their new restaurant at level 8, the kliff. I think the Kliff signature pizza is not bad. The restaurant at level 2 serve nice local food Staff are very friendly and responsive. They help to prepare breakfast box as we inform them we are going for early tour. They have many free water activities like paddle boat, water bicycle, kayak. There is also yoga and boxing class u can book during ya stay here. A 5min walk to Ayana if you want to check out Ayana. But I think Katamaran is much more nicer in term of the facade. Their staff is much more helpful and cheerful as well. If you want to go to the city, either get the hotel staff to arrange a taxi about 100k IDR or simply do a gojek bike at 15.5k IDR. Heard they have a new boat - black swan going to be operational from next month onward. Perhap they will have their own island trip, you all could lookout for that A very enjoyable stay here. Overall this hotel was great!! The view is superb!! Also friendly staff and the food for ( breakfast ) is good all perfect seasoning. We scared that mostly review said that they play music until late night but now after 9pm all quiet. Overall is a great night and also the giving us chocolate cake for our first honeymoon.❤️
