Hotels With Spa in Umbria, Italy

A decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in. The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect. Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.

What an amazing experience we had at Borgo Petroro! From the moment we entered in the little hamlet we knew we were in for something special. The quiet location among olive trees makes it a good base to explore the region and the surrounding towns like Todi and Montefalco wineries. The room is beyond comfortable and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the facilities like the pool and the restaurant where we ate delicious food in the courtyard. Service is top notch! We especially loved the breakfast where local products are presented. Next time we are staying more than one night!

Nice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).

Quiet, lovely, relaxing, tranquil. Altarocca is a place for couples looking to get away and spend some quiet time together. The hotel is located atop a lovely hillside overlooking fantastic views of Umbria. The staff is kind, generous, and accommodating and the restaurant on the property has a large variety of exquisite wine and tasteful cuisine.

You can count on a restful and comfortable stay at La Terrazza after exploring Assisi or the surrounding region. The staff are always responsive and helpful. The breakfast had good choices. La Terrazza will be our choice to stay when we return here. 

Brilliant hotel, a hidden gem! Wonderful gardens, excellent restaurant on site and a great SPA. Can't fault the hotel/staff in any way. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. A beautiful hotel in a monastery.

We arrived at the station at night, the town was dark, and we walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes. I didn't like it when I first entered, because it's an old hotel and the decoration is made of red wood. It was quite scary when I entered, but I gradually got used to it. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was rich. If we arrive during the day, the image should be much better. Everything else is OK.

Snabrufani Hotel is a five-star hotel in Perugia, Italy's Millennium Ancient City, located in the center of the old city, the environment is absolutely great! Especially the third floor terrace, a variety of hand-painted desktops are colorful! Looking around, the new and old city wheel corridor line is clear, the church bells on the mountain in the morning are quiet and natural, and there is a sound of organ sounds, which can't help but make people feel excited... But as guests of Perugia International Music Festival, young Steinway artists and family members, the staff of this hotel expressed very, very dissatisfied with the ”hidden snub” of Chinese (Oriental)! As a diamond customer, I personally strongly recommend Trip to take measures that do not recommend and do not encourage Chinese people to be humiliated and safeguard the dignity of the Chinese! First of all, the middle-aged and elderly female foreman in the breakfast room has to ask for the East face (including Korean and Japanese passengers who participate in the music festival), and they must ask for the room number every morning, and never lead! For the Western whites who enter the hall at the same time or subsequently, not only do not ask the room number, but also personally guide the position, which makes the contrast too big! I have been abroad hundreds of times since 1998, flying into platinum cards, to Europe dozens of times, or the first time in the underdeveloped mountain city, I have seen an indescribable neglect, even hidden discrimination! Nothing unique, before leaving Perugia, we wanted to make an appointment with friends of piano professors from Europe and the United States to have a dinner, especially to the open-air bar on the first floor, ask the female clerk if there is a window table positioning, know that no one is booking, put forward an appointment for the evening, a male store asked the room number, said can not make an appointment by the window table? I said: The female clerk said that there was no appointment at the table, and we were also hotel guests, but the male clerk was very ”stubborn” and said that he could not book! I said to pay the advance first, and the male clerk waved and said no! This kind of service attitude is honest, it is no longer a matter of mutual respect! This old hotel is old, but so bad for customers, I think it is unreasonable snub to Chinese tourists! Because our face is Oriental, Chinese, because we are not white passengers who look ”noble”? ! (Next year if we come to Perugia, we will never see these unreasonable hotels for Chinese people, by the way, we later went to the local Michelin restaurant, very hilarious...)

Great place to relax and explore nearby towns. Views of Assisi and the country side. Local inspired dishes elevated to bring a more dinner experience. An awesome breakfast with eggs made fresh.

Excellent structure. Location in the heart of the Centre Italy, very easy to reach. Inexpectible services, price-quality ratio unprecedented. Most advisable!
