Very strategic location as it’s located in the middle of busy Gays Street. Surrounded with local restaurants & convenient shop. It’s an old hotel, so the sound proof is bit poor. We can hear clearly people walk at the corridor.

Checked in at the hotel at around 9.30pm. I noticed the air conditiong was kinda hot. But i thought to myself, I’ll give it some time run first. Maybe it’ll get better soon. Then an hour later, it was still hot, so i called operator, and she said she will send someone to our room. Waited about 30 minutes or more, still nobody came. I called the second time, and she said she’ll get someone to our room again. And that’s it, nobody came to our room, to help us with the air conditioning. And we were to tired to wait already. So My 8 month old baby sleept sweating that night and i had to fan him with the note book that they put beside the bed. Upon checkout, I complained to the receptionist and the manager about the incident, and they checked on their system that the issue had been resolved. Which was abvioustly a lie. So the manager said he will investigate the matter and he promised something to me. So i hope he keep his words. I’m a regular here, so i know there was something wrong with the air conditioning. I know the quality of the hotel. So let’s see wether the manager is serious about his words.

I had such a great time during my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the cozy bed, the beautiful view, the breakfast, and the pool. The atmosphere was relaxing. Very kids friendly. Me and my family truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back soon!

First, all the check in counters were open but still the check in queue was long. I was queued for almost 1 hour just to check in. Need to better system in check-in. Second, hotel policies stated no outside food. If guest order food outside, food rider only able to delivered until guardhouse and guest need to walk out and take the food themselves. To minimize the hassle, we opt for in-room dining for our 2 nights stay. First night was good. Second night some of the menu are OOS such as pizza and even mushroom soup. Third, another incident on our 2nd night, fire alarm was rang on 12+am. Lift was unable to use as well and fire symbol was shown on the lift panel. Guests started panicked and going down using stairs. Me and my family (along with my 7months pregnant sister) decided to go down to lobby using stairs, since there are no staff was seen to inform us what has happened. Once we reached lobby, only there is a staff informed is a false alarm. For this kind of situation, staff should be act faster since its related with safety. Other than that, we've enjoyed the view from our room, the facilities that are offered. We're enjoyed the pizza on our first night, thats why we want to repeat on 2nd night and too bad its not available. Sutera Harbour is one of the well known resort in Kota Kinabalu, a place to catch good sunset view, and I hope they're able to improve their services and better safety/security.

Started and ended our 8-day Sabah adventure at Le Meridien KK — and we’re so glad we did. 💛 Spacious rooms, beautiful sea views, and a location that’s truly hard to beat. Yes, the carpark’s a little dated, but everything else more than made up for it: efficient staff, a decent breakfast spread, and the best kind of convenience — family-friendly eateries, laundry, and even a massage spot just steps away. Perfect base to explore the heart of KK! 🌴🌊

This hotel in Putatan area is the best choice! We start our road trip journey from Brunei at 5pm and arrive at the hotel at 11pm. Smooth and quick check in. Friendly & eficient staff. I highly recommend Pan Borneo Hotel because of its clean and comfortable room.

Good! Friendly staff with warm welcome during check in and check out. Speedy check in and check out. Room is clean and comfortable with a good view and good room’s rate! In future for sure will book for friends who ever visit us in Tawau.

We had a good family bonding time at Shangri La Rasa Ria. There were lots of activities catering to various types of travelers. The beach was long with fine sand, and the sunset view was excellent. There were also game rooms when the sun gets too hot or when it rains.

One of the best resort you can find in Kota Kinabalu. Not in the middle of the centre of tourist attraction, but within reach. Meaning, you'd be able to enjoy more isolated holiday. You can snorkel from the small beach in the resort, there's plenty of fish within distance of the shore. Breakfast spread was great with variety of food, including local and korean food. No repetitions of the main course through out my 3 day stays. You can buy island hopping ticket and ride a boat from Marina (next to the resort), without having to go to Jesselton Point Port. Made purchase through trip.com as it was cheaper than direct booking. hope this review helps!

Breakfast: Delicious spread with diverse options, from fresh pastries to hot dishes, making mornings a highlight.
