"Huge thanks to Janine and Ruel for helping us call a taxi—it was a lifesaver since we couldn’t get a Grab for some reason on Sunday morning. This is a great place for a vacation; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the acoustic music in the evening was fantastic. Even though outside food isn’t allowed, the dining options are diverse and everything tasted very fresh. On the downside, we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in our room, and the bathroom water pressure was quite weak with a slightly clogged drain. Overall, though, it was still a great experience."

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Clark. My family and I went on a Mt. Pinatubo trek in the morning and didn't get back to the hotel until 2 PM. I had already requested a late check-out the day before and they agreed to let us leave at 1 PM. When I got to the front desk, they automatically extended it to 3 PM so we could shower and freshen up. This is truly a very thoughtful hotel.

Wufeng201The overall facilities are decent, but the main issue is the narrow entrance, which makes parking inconvenient. The other entrance has a sewage smell. The breakfast was okay too. On the first night, my room faced the road directly, which was incredibly noisy (and the small window didn't close properly). The constant motorbikes made it impossible to sleep. After talking to the front desk, I was moved to a room not facing the road, which was better, though the pillows were too high to sleep comfortably.

Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

The food in the restaurant was delicious. We were happy that they separate the buffalo wings sauce from the chicken for my cousin's son consideration. The kid enjoyed the food so much.
Also, we had to check out late at night because we need to meet up with our relatives that attended the Aurora Concert. We do appreciate that the staff extended assistance in booking the grab ride for us. Thank you!

My three-day stay at the Clark Hilton was excellent overall, with the facilities and service particularly standing out.
Regarding the amenities, the hotel's swimming pool is quite spacious, and lifeguards are always on duty, which significantly enhances the safety and peace of mind for water activities. Although I didn't actually use the gym this trip, the staff proactively and kindly provided information about it. Similarly, even though I didn't dine at the hotel restaurant, the overall environment and ambiance still left a very good impression.
In terms of service quality, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, which made me feel quite relaxed. Back in the room, the only minor drawback was that the water pressure for showering was a bit low. However, fortunately, the hot water temperature was perfectly adequate, so it didn't really affect the overall showering experience. In summary, my three-day stay was satisfying, with both the service and facilities performing excellently.

Classical Italy inspired over the top decorations, lovely pool, spa, functional gym, quiet room, great location to visit mt samat war museum and casas filipinas de azucar, the food at breakfast was soso but the service was excellent. A car is recommended to reach the property, but bus also arrives at peace tower.

gigi travelerfirst visited Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar when I was 15, and it has developed so much since then. The people are very welcoming, and I absolutely love the sunsets here it gives such a beautiful old Filipino vibe.
The food at the Italian restaurant was good and served quickly this time. Just a tip: it helps to follow up on your drinks, as they can take a bit longer.
The room is quite old, but still comfortable 👍

This has been our favorite hotel to stay in subic. Tho our recent stay is not as pleasant as before. Had a minor problem with our room but the front desk ( Sir JP ) was so kind enough to resolve the issue and as usual the staff are so nice and professional especially at the restaurant. I hope segara suites will upgrade and renovate the rooms as it needs a major upgrade on everything. All in all this place will be our first option in Subic.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—it was perfect for a short escape from a busy schedule. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests.
The pool area was also nice and added to the overall experience, especially if you want an alternative to the beach. Food was decent, though there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of variety.
Overall, even though it was just a one-night stay, I felt refreshed and satisfied. I would definitely consider coming back for a longer visit next time.
