Lovely hotel to stay in, lovely views, great infinity pool just outside your room door. Hotel was very clean and quite, with just a very short walk to lots of cafes, bars and beaches. Some great trips very nearby also. I would stay here again.

My stay at Villa Cha Cha Krabi was absolutely delightful! The ocean view rooms were a highlight, offering breathtaking views that made every morning feel magical. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The property itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a serene ambiance that perfectly complements the stunning surroundings. Whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or an adventure in Krabi, Villa Cha Cha is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

A magnificent and decent hotel. A large room on the third floor with a patio and a sea view. Cleaning, linen, and towels are excellent. The room itself is large, with a huge kings says bed and a mini-kitchen. Although the furniture is tired, it is quite authentic in Asian style. The mini-kitchen has a new microwave and a thermos. There is a minimum set of dishes. Special thanks to the hotel administrator, unfortunately I forgot the name of the cheerful red-haired woman. She checked us in ahead of time, helped with everything. She organized an excellent excursion at a good price. For the period of a three-day departure from the hotel, she helped us leave our luggage at the hotel (without any fees). Upon returning, we were greeted like family, and were again checked into this wonderful room. Of the shortcomings: the hotel has no territory, although there is a small pool, which is shared with a neighboring hotel. It is quite a decent 15 minutes to walk to the good beach Central. Although this did not bother us. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Amenities were all nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful (special thanks to Mr Suttirak Bank). Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and kids play room. Complimentary daily snacks was an added bonus. Didn’t have options for halal food for their breakfast. Overall, my family were happy.

A Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

Very good hotel! I liked the magnificent view pool, excellent breakfast, nice room. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, the location was quite convenient. Yes, it can be quite noisy at night, but this island is not complete without night parties) Say hello to the baby corgi who lives at the hotel!

We stayed in the villa P123 on the ground floor. It has a decent sea view from the patio but is very close to the nail salon that blocks the view from the window. there is a second unit above and the first night thw upstairs neighbors had kids that ran around the room a lot whuch was quite annoying, so maybe ask for an upstairs unit if you are sensitive to noise. Everyone was very friendly except one receptionist. I can't remember his name, maybe Sun. He didnt smile or greet us when we arrived, just harshly put a clipboard in front of me and asked me to fill in the paperwork. It was a very bad introduction to the hotel and I was worried that we picked the wrong hotel. Fortunately, everyone else is quite nice. Not truly professional and some of the wait staff were a bit negelegent or got impatient during peak hour dinner service, but that is more understandable than the recption being so cold. we unfortunately had the same receptionist on check out and he was just as cold so i can't blame it on a bad day. So the rest of the staff are nice and helps quickly when we asked about the airconditioner leaking and greeted politley whenever we passed, the other receptionists always look up and smile and said hello when we were in the area. The breakfast was good and varied each day. the bed was comfortable and there was a double bed and single bed which was convenient for our family. thw room was cleaned daily at about 3pm. we only recieved clean towels on the first 2 days and the next 3 days our towels were not changed, not sure why. the shower water was sometimes cold, we thought maybe because the power goes off whenever you leave yohr room (no alternative to this situation). then we thought maybe we share a geyser with the upstairs neighbors and they finished the water...couldnt figure it out the air con worked but needed to be cleaned twice to continue working or it would leak heavily. the location is ideal. only a small road separates you from the beach. the longtail boats to get to the othwr islands is nearby. the busy restaurant and bar street is close enough to shop at but not close enough to create noise and a diaturbance at night the hotels restaurant food is better than most of the other places, though Le Medusa restaurant next door was our favorite. the pool is beautiful, unfortunately closing early at 6pm. I would stay in this hotel again and don't regret booking it. None of the issues were big enough to concern us, I just wanted to write a useful review.

Excellent hotel on the beach. The rooms, service and breakfast were pleasing. There are free kayaks, you can swim to the neighboring beaches. The hotel itself is located away from busy areas and shops. Therefore, you need to either take a bike, you can at the hotel, or buy everything you need in advance. Tuk-tuk does not go to this hotel, there are no taxis on the island. To get from the hotel to the north of the island you will need a hotel transfer. I liked the hotel, for a vacation for several days, in silence and almost no people on the beach.

Andakiri Pool Villa Panoramic Sea View

As a guest at Andakiri Pool Villa, I was initially impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the room. The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure. The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. I would strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to tackle this issue and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for future guests.
