Hotels With Spa in Balikesir Province, Türkiye

The city is between Istanbul and Izmir. I stopped and I was happy for my stay. It was good specially with the Turkish hammam , free parking outside the hotel and good food . The only bad thing was the water of pool was a bit cold and WC in room smell bad. Thanks for hotel team.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel. Odalar tertemiz ve en detay kişisel bakım ürünleri dahi düşünülüp koyulmuş. Personeller çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı ve personel hizmeti güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim. 1 gece konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Daha fazla konaklama imkanımız olmadığı için en kısa zamanda tekrar gideceğiz.

Personel gayet yardımcı oldu. Tesis gayet güzel idi imkanlar çok konum araba ile her yere çok yakın .

Unfortunately with mixed experiences Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the service and the hotel as a whole. We were not welcomed at the arrival, no one helped us with the baggage and there was no introduction to the rooms. Although we had expressly asked for a quiet room and the hotel was hardly located, we got a very loud room. In addition, the rooms were cold and the windows were not close enough. The service and the care of guests were also very desirable. The prices for food and drinks were felt very high. The spa area was a absolute highlight! Turkish Hamam with a shambad, medical massage and honey massage were fantastic. We would like to emphasise Mrs Ilayda in particular: her facial massage and professional advice on care products were excellent. We felt very well with her and were so enthusiastic that we even bought creams and masks from her. Concluded: The spa area is really recommendable, especially thanks to the excellent treatments and the friendly, competent care provided by Mrs. Ilayda. However, there is a significant need for improvement in hotel service, room comfort and price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, with a better guest service, our stay could have been much more beautiful.

Gerçekten temiz ve ilgili bir otel. Balikesirin yabancısı olmama rağmen sayelerinde hiç zorluk çekmedim. Her konuda cok yardimci oldular. Çok rahat bir konaklama oldu benim için.
