The Yakima Valley is well-known for its wines and agriculture; however, our location in Zillah is ideal for family events and the corporate traveler, as well. With over two dozen wineries in the Zillah area, our hotel is the natural choice for the wine enthusiasts. However, there are numerous farmer’s markets, u-pick farms, and beautiful lavender farms. You will also appreciate the rich, amplified colors as the seasons change throughout our valley, in addition to the stunning vistas of snow-capped Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier. The Pacific Northwest is rich with history and beauty and the Best Western Plus® Vintage Valley Inn is positioned perfectly for those who love the outdoors. Located to the southwest of us is the Columbia River Gorge where family and friends will enjoy hiking, biking, water sports, museums, and wineries. Also, to the northwest of us is White Pass and Rimrock Lake, which are ideal for hiking, picnicking, hunting, fishing, white water rafting, snow shoeing, and skiing. Finally, to the west of our hotel is the historic Fort Simcoe Park where you will enjoy the museum, bird watching, wildlife viewing, picnicking, and gorgeous views of Mt. Adams. All of this is within 60-90 minutes of Zillah which makes our hotel the natural choice for you and your family to stay after enjoying many day trips. The quietness of our town, our amenities, and exceptional guest service are why many guests appreciate coming back to our hotel after a long day of work or sporting events in the Yakima area. You will enjoy our newly updated lobby, relaxing in our spacious pool/spa area, working out in our large fitness center, or coming down to our dining room for the complimentary evening snack. Yet, it is our attention to detail and friendly staff that will keep you coming back again and again. We look forward to developing relationships with our new guests and re-kindling the relationships we have with our regular guests. Welcome home!

"All service personnel and interactions were both professional and polite, as well as courteous and friendly. The cookies provided in the evening were delicious. I was most impressed by the breakfast choices and omelettes made to order. Never have I experienced such a treat, except on a cruise ship. The manager came around and spoke with us, while we were in the breakfast area and was very friendly and nice. He asked us how our breakfast was, how we liked the hotel and our experiences during our stay. He talked to us inquiring what had brought us to town and gave us information about walking trails and local information. His wife and daughter also said hello."

Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

• They also give you a welcome cookie. Chocolate cookie • The room is spacious and the sofa bed and two queen beds were both clean. • It is close to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport car shuttle facility, about 2.5 miles by car. • I was able to have a satisfactory experience with the friendly service of the front desk and housekeepers. • If you have a rental car, it is very convenient to park in the large parking lot. However, there is a parking fee. • If there is no traffic to downtown, you can go straight on I-5 and get off, so it is easy to find the way without much trouble. (About 20 minutes) • The downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak. • The downside is that there is a coffee machine, but no coffee pot.

The pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

The location is fantastic! Stepping out of the hotel and seeing the ocean every time was a delightful surprise. It's super convenient to Pike Place Market, Chinatown, and the subway station. However, I wouldn't recommend it for older guests, as the daily uphill and downhill walks can be quite tiring due to the steep inclines. Facilities: Quite old. Hygiene: Average. Environment: Decent, but try to avoid rooms facing Avenue 6 due to highway noise. Service: Alright. The hotel offers free standard Wi-Fi, but there's a charge for high-speed internet. When we asked about internet, the front desk just said it was available. After checking in, we were charged an extra $3 per night. We inquired about it and were told it would be refunded. Both on the second day and the last day, they assured us the refund was processed in their system, but it never came through. Thankfully, Trip.com helped us resolve the issue. This experience reinforced that choosing Trip.com for international travel is always the right decision.

It is located on a small island with a long and narrow road connecting the mainland. It is very quiet, the seascape is charming, and there are many migratory birds. The lobby and rooms are very welcoming and the food in the restaurant is great.
