I am delighted with this trip! Immediately after ordering, a company representative contacted me and we agreed on a transfer to Halong from a hotel in Hanoi for 550 thousand dong per person. Everything was organized perfectly, the ship is nice, the room is good. The food is delicious and plentiful. Activities include a trip to Titov Island, you can climb to the observation top, you can also swim on the island, sail on bamboo boats through a small cave and along a hidden bay, another cave, a master class in making spring rolls, fishing, a cave (in the photo program). Kayaking separately, $ 50 per person. In fact, one day, but very active. Additionally, they helped me organize a transfer to Ninh Binh from Halong. I liked everything very much: the room, the service, the program. The room is small, cozy, everything is there except for a kettle). Your own balcony. Hot water, robes, toothbrushes / shower gel - everything is great. Water - 2 glass bottles, you can fill it through the staff without restrictions. Alcohol for an extra charge, cocktails for 160 dong, in happy hour 190 thousand for 2 cocktails. Tea 50 thousand dong. Juice, shakes for an extra charge. Wi-Fi only in the dining room, so-so, mobile Internet is also poor - the islands screen. The boat floats and sometimes stops, overnight at anchor among the rocks, unearthly beauty around. The staff is excellent. I was there in early April: 20-24 during the day, but cool in the evening. It was not sunny, not foggy - just cloudy. But still very beautiful.

Located in the city center, with convenient transportation. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of desserts. We booked a superior room which was spacious and well designed. On the negative side, the city view is not too good

Breakfast was good. The villa was also very impressive with a private onsen area. The location is okay, as there seems to be nothing around the complex. However, that wasn't that important to us, as we were planning to stay in the hotel anyway. The service could be improved, however. We sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for someone to pick us up for breakfast, as the complex is very large. The public onsen area is not suitable for children, which I find very unfortunate. The child was 1.37m tall and was not allowed in because he was 3cm too short. Instead, we would have had to pay an additional 1,500,000VND for the child to be allowed in. If the child had been 1.40m tall, he would have been allowed in for free. I find that very disappointing considering the high price of the villa. The logic behind it is also not necessary to understand. If the service had been better, especially in the public onsen area for hotel guests, it would have been a perfect stay.

The hotel is located on a small island next to Halong city. Only a 5-10 minute ride from the check in building on the mainland. The hotel offers this free shuttle ferry running every 20 minutes from and to the island. The hotel has nice facilities and very nice landscape. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the room. I feel the room is not clean enough and not matching the 5-star tag and the price we paid. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety of foods to choose from.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop offered a beautiful view, and the restaurant had a good selection of meals. The overall vibe of the hotel was lovely.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the fire alarm that went off multiple times during the early morning hours without any explanation. This was quite disruptive to my stay.Despite this issue, I highly recommend this hotel. On a separate note, I visited the spa next to the hotel, 'Nature,' and while the services were excellent, I was shocked to learn about their labor practices. It's disheartening to know that the staff relies solely on tips without receiving a proper salary. Offering expensive services without fair compensation for the employees is unacceptable and tarnishes the experience of an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel. Many people go there, but they are supporting this labor exploitation.

Really good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

We visited Halong Bay together with AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE. These were the most unforgettable days! The work of professionals is immediately noticeable. I would especially like to highlight the manager Lee. Always ready to help solve any issue, and what rolls he cooks at master classes! Excellent, well-coordinated work of the ship's crew and special respect to the restaurant staff and the Chef. You don't often see such a variety and cool presentation of dishes. 5 courses for dinner - it's great! We had a superior cabin with panoramic windows, a private balcony, a jacuzzi. Living in this cabin cannot be described in words, you need to personally experience all the charm 👍. The beauty and power of Halong, a beautiful, comfortable cabin, a varied tour program for 3 days - all this left joy, delight, and affection from this magical cruise! We recommend it 200%! A 3-day tour with AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE is not to be missed!

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍
