You don't often see such a variety and cool presentation of dishes. 5 courses for dinner - it's great! We had a superior cabin with panoramic windows, a private balcony, a jacuzzi. Living in this cabin cannot be described in words, you need to personally experience all the charm 👍. The beauty and power of Halong, a beautiful, comfortable cabin, a varied tour program for 3 days - all this left joy, delight, and affection from this magical cruise! We recommend it 200%! I am delighted with this trip! Immediately after ordering, a company representative contacted me and we agreed on a transfer to Halong from a hotel in Hanoi for 550 thousand dong per person. Everything was organized perfectly, the ship is nice, the room is good. The food is delicious and plentiful. Activities include a trip to Titov Island, you can climb to the observation top, you can also swim on the island, sail on bamboo boats through a small cave and along a hidden bay, another cave, a master class in making spring rolls, fishing, a cave (in the photo program). Kayaking separately, $ 50 per person. In fact, one day, but very active. Additionally, they helped me organize a transfer to Ninh Binh from Halong. I liked everything very much: the room, the service, the program. The room is small, cozy, everything is there except for a kettle). Your own balcony. Hot water, robes, toothbrushes / shower gel - everything is great. Water - 2 glass bottles, you can fill it through the staff without restrictions. Alcohol for an extra charge, cocktails for 160 dong, in happy hour 190 thousand for 2 cocktails. Tea 50 thousand dong. Juice, shakes for an extra charge. Wi-Fi only in the dining room, so-so, mobile Internet is also poor - the islands screen. The boat floats and sometimes stops, overnight at anchor among the rocks, unearthly beauty around. The staff is excellent. I was there in early April: 20-24 during the day, but cool in the evening. It was not sunny, not foggy - just cloudy. But still very beautiful.

We had an amazing time there, service was excellent, staff were very polite and accommodating. We extended our stay because of our wonderful experience.

It's easy to find, just walk 200 meters straight on the street directly opposite the port. The service staff can all communicate in Chinese. Although it is a five-star hotel, don’t overthink it. . . There is no socket in the room, so you can only use the bathroom. All services in the hotel do not accept mobile payment, only RMB cash. Absolutely quiet at night. There is a small shopping mall next to it with a coffee shop, CGV cinema, Li Ning, Anta, and Adidas counters. Important things to say three times: prepare enough RMB cash and prepare Chinese-Vietnamese translation software. . . Travel smoothly and worry-free

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop offered a beautiful view, and the restaurant had a good selection of meals. The overall vibe of the hotel was lovely.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the fire alarm that went off multiple times during the early morning hours without any explanation. This was quite disruptive to my stay.Despite this issue, I highly recommend this hotel. On a separate note, I visited the spa next to the hotel, 'Nature,' and while the services were excellent, I was shocked to learn about their labor practices. It's disheartening to know that the staff relies solely on tips without receiving a proper salary. Offering expensive services without fair compensation for the employees is unacceptable and tarnishes the experience of an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel. Many people go there, but they are supporting this labor exploitation.

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍

The hotel itself was great - clean, big and luxurious rooms - but may be better to wait until all the repairs are completed to enjoy the 2 swimming pools, fitness centre and even the hotel room balcony. Some distance away (but walkable) from Sun World entrance but since we were looking for a relaxing stay, we were good where we are with a nice view of the bay and the cable cars crossing over the water.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.
