Pitlochry Autumn Guide: Maple Viewing Town in the Golden Highlands Pitlochry is located in the hinterland of the Scottish Highlands, and every autumn, the entire town is surrounded by larch and maple trees and is colorful and picturesque. Not only is the view beautiful, but it also has a strong Scottish style, but the lake area is quiet and peaceful, which is best suited for slow life and scenery. It is recommended to come from late October to early November, when the autumn leaves are in full bloom and the temperature is comfortable, perfect for hiking and photography! Recommended tour routes: It is recommended to stroll along the Town Center from Pitlochry train station and take in the laid-back atmosphere of the town’s characteristic architecture and coffee shop. Then walk towards Lake Faskali, along the road the autumn leaves are bright, various yellow, red, orange interlaced, extremely characteristic. Hiking trails such as the Killiecrankie Walk near the lake area offer views of the lake and forest fall foliage. Must-play items and photo spots: 1. Fascali Lakeside: Autumn leaves are reflected on the lake, making it particularly fantastic to shoot at morning or dusk. 2. Town center streets: Scottish traditional stone houses with fallen leaves all over the ground. 3. Small coffee shop: Find a characteristic Cafe to sit, taste Scottish pastries, feel the slow life. 4.
