Shisheng Temple is famous not only for its luxurious architectural decoration, but also for its favor by the Qing Emperor. The temple is prosperous and famous in the temple forest because of the many fortunate visits of the emperor. Emperor Qianlong came here four times and wrote the poem Tinshi Shengsi Temple: after Tiancong was founded, Mongolia said that it would come. All worshippers of Buddha opened the Van Yu. Shinto is the best way to teach. The saint is not a wise man, but a wise man. It is the temple's scenic spot, which symbolizes the victory of virtue. Work together, and successfully manage people's wealth. & The establishment of Shisheng Temple was an important event of Tibetan Buddhism in the Later Jin (Qing) regime area before the Qing army entered the Customs. Following the prosperity of the Yuan Dynasty, Tibetan Buddhism experienced centuries of sectarian struggle in the Ming Dynasty. By the end of Ming Dynasty, a new situation dominated by the Gelug School was gradually formed. Tibetan Buddhism spread to Mongolia and became a religion believed by the whole Mongolian people. Under such circumstances, the upper-class groups of Tibetan regimes headed by the Gru faction actively sought support from the new regime, while the Houjin (Qing) regime, which rose in the Northeast region, became the target of active contact and support of Tibetan Buddhism. Shisheng Temple was built in this situation. The monastery was renovated in the fourth year of Yongzheng (1726). The Stele of Shisheng Temple in Shisheng Monastery records that Shisheng Monastery used to have five roots in its main hall, decorated with three Western sacred statues, left and right Ananda, Kaya, Wuliangshou, lotus peanuts, eight Bodhisattvas and eighteen Arhats. There are three pairs of couplets in the East and three in the west, and one hundred and eight portraits of nursery students in the East and Tibet. West for Mahagara. Three couplets in the Temple of the Heavenly King and three in the Outer Mountain Gate are available for monks and ladies, Zen chambers, bell and drum music and so on. After liberation, the people's government renovated the main buildings in the temple. In 1985, the mountain gates, halls and Buddhist buildings were restored. Shisheng Temple is now a provincial cultural relic protection unit. In 2016, people from all walks of life raised donations to rebuild the golden body and returned to the Shisheng Temple after blessings and other ceremonies. Shisheng Temple currently holds Yixi Dansen Rinpoche.
