The room is right next to the Songhua Lake Ski Resort. You can see the ski trail from the window. It's only a 10-minute walk. We always come back to change into snow clothes before going out. The room is very clean and spacious. In addition to floor heating, there is also air conditioning. The room is very hot. The boss is very considerate and responds to messages quickly. He told us where there are delicious and cost-effective restaurants, and patiently told us the walking route. It reflects very professional service. Lovely escape from the city! As soon as we got there (only 15 minutes away from the train station) we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade to a villa. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the hotel staff even drove us wherever we needed to go each day. We were lucky and had a very clear view of the lake up on Changbai mountain. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My children loved the open space, the cats, and the hot tub. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail. We hope to be back in the fall.

Needless to say, the location couldn't be better! It takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the ski equipment store, and less than 3 minutes to walk to the ski resort cableway. There is a convenience store and restaurant downstairs. There is a small night market in the evening 5 minutes walk in the other direction. It's so convenient! I really don't understand why no one has found this accommodation! ! I will definitely come back to this place next time I come to Songhua Lake, and I don't have to bother looking for other places. Before I went, I found the merchant's phone number on Ctrip and contacted him. The ski equipment and coaches introduced were great. And they answered all questions, and the service was perfect. The hygiene is also great, with enough space, clean and tidy. There is also a washing machine to meet our needs of doing laundry every day. The room also has floor heating, which is also warm at night. The only drawback is that there is no living room for everyone to gather together. But we also eat out every day, so there is nothing to eat in the room. By the way, the merchant also gave breakfast coupons. It's so good that I can't finish writing 😂

服務：前台💁🏻♀️美女鶴霏，人美心善，服務專業，由於我個人原因需要調整入住時間，美女半夜不斷的幫我去協調聯繫，前前後後給我回了四五個電話，終於按照我的需要幫我協調完成，非常感謝！ 設施：房間是兩層，每層一間卧室，一共兩間，純木結構，彷彿身臨瑞士的感覺，各種細節都做的非常好，還有壁爐和麻將機等等，不過房間有地暖一點不冷。 衞生：整體非常乾淨，床單被罩都非常有質感，睡起來很舒服，浴巾等洗漱用品一應俱全。 環境：房間有個陽台門，打開之後是一個廣場，孩子可以在前邊廣場玩雪，大人在房間裏聊天，都很放鬆，而且距離萬達開車不到二十分鐘，距離縣城十多分鐘，去哪裡都比較方便。這個價格絕對超值，旅遊季堪比周邊六七千的酒店，強烈推薦
