The room decoration is very style, very beautiful, the landlord is very good, it is best to communicate with the landlord in advance before check-in, otherwise you can't enter the door. Downstairs is the luxury shopping street, walk to the Spanish steps for a few minutes, go to the wishing pool for six or seven minutes, so convenient! Next time I come to Rome, I will stay here.
Nice view over there in the castle like property and beautiful environment for the tranquility in the village. Yet, it took me about two hours to reach there from the train station by walking (late arrival by giving the credit to the silly European airlines operation), and it costs me $35 euros equivalent to get out there to the train station by FREENOW (European Uber). All in all, nice place, bad transportation unless you have a car ready.
Location carina e struttura carina. Tanto vale dormire vicino a Termini 😉
The environment is very good, very beautiful and beautiful, very Italian style. It is said that it was a Duke Castle for hundreds of years. It feels very meaningful. It is that the individual is very sensitive to the smell of the old house and will cough, but it is not recommended for Chinese people without a car. Because it is very far from the city, It takes a long time to wait for the train. It is very scary to return to the train station late. It is very expensive to take a taxi. It is estimated that 40 euros is not cost-effective. The taxi to the airport is almost80.90 euros, and now the European economy is not feeling that the Chinese will be slaughtered.

An older building was changed to a hotel. The entrance of the hotel is very hidden. You can't find it without looking at the google map pictures and the door can't be opened. You need someone to come. When we arrived, it was more than 7 o'clock in the evening. We waited for a group of people at the front desk of the hotel to check in. Check-in at 8 pm and pay 30 euros, more than 2 pm in the middle of the night, you need to pay 50 euros, for the itinerary is not sure, choose carefully, the elevator in ps is very old
However, the location is OK, the farthest Vatican Colosseum is a bus within 30 hours, and the Spanish steps are about 10 minutes walk.

The location is very good, about 5-10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, and also very close to the subway and bus stations. In addition, the management staff in charge of check-in was very enthusiastic and explained to us the general distribution of attractions and suggestions throughout Rome. The living environment is very good, exceeding expectations, and it is highly recommended.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Roman Getaway at Tiburtina 86 Suites**
We recently enjoyed an unforgettable Roman holiday at **Tiburtina 86 Suites**, and I simply have to give this modern and comfortable hotel a five-star rating! We were thoroughly impressed by its convenient location, thoughtful service, and excellent value for money.
📍 **Excellent Location for Exploring Rome**
This hotel is strategically located near **Tiburtina Station**, just a 5-minute walk away, making it easily accessible from the airport via a direct train. While not in the historic center, Tiburtina Station (Metro Line B) and the extensive bus network offer superb connectivity. You can reach major attractions like the **Colosseum** and **Trevi Fountain** in just 15 minutes – incredible value!
🏨 **Modern and Spacious Suite Experience**
Our **studio suite** exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly spacious with a clean, modern design, featuring a **well-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge, coffee machine), a comfortable sofa area, and a large bed**. It truly felt like a home away from home. The room had excellent soundproofing, was spotlessly cleaned daily, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area with strong water pressure – perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing!
🍽️ **Flexible Dining Options**
Although there isn't an on-site restaurant, the hotel offers a **substantial breakfast package (available for an extra charge)**, delivered directly to your room. This was ideal for us late risers. Plus, with numerous supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it's super convenient to either cook your own meals or grab some authentic Roman takeaway.
👏 **Exceptional and Attentive Service**
The **24-hour front desk team** was incredibly helpful and fluent in English. They assisted us with booking taxis, recommending local restaurants, and even shared tips on how to bypass long queues at popular attractions! Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary Rome map and a guide on purchasing transport cards – a fantastic touch for independent travelers.
💡 **Additional Perks**
✅ **Free high-speed Wi-Fi** and a smart TV, perfect for streaming shows or planning our next day's adventures.
✅ **Quiet neighborhood**, offering a peaceful retreat from the city center's hustle and bustle, ensuring excellent sleep quality.
✅ **Outstanding value for money**, especially recommended for families or long-stay guests. It's significantly more spacious than other hotels in the same price range!
If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in Rome, **Tiburtina 86 Suites** is undoubtedly a smart choice. We've already highly recommended it to our friends and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Rome!
Fantastic stay at Villa Aurora rooms whilst I was in Rome.
My room was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. Fully functional air conditioning (rather than those temperamental units in other places) really was a joy to come back to during the heat of a Rome summer.
But so far, I've just commented on some features of the room, rather than my experience here.
What will endure in my memory as I look back was the warm, classically no-nonsense Italian hospitality I had from Donatella.
Throughout my time here, she made sure I was well looked after with room cleaning, bottled water, towels etc.
But I most appreciate her assistance in terms of local knowledge. Local knowledge such as a good seafood restaurant , ”Trattoria del pesce” just down the road (which happens to also be in the Michelin guide); such as to not miss out on the Baths of Caracalla; and perhaps more trivially, but arguably also essential, where to do my laundry!
Thank you so much for making my stay here such a pleasure Donatella, and for adding both a new Italian word and outlook to my vocabulary - ”tranquilo”.

GGuest UserWhen you first arrive at the hostel, the host kindly explains the hostel and Rome (recommend the restaurant)
Very clean and good location
The cafe under the hostel is delicious

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, but the internal facilities of the room are scarce, there is no bedside table, no hot water bottle, no disposable slippers. Sound insulation is not good. I can't see the landlord, and I contacted the other party through the app requested by the other party. There is no breakfast, and an additional tax is required per person per night when leaving the store.
