The bed is large. The bathtub is also large. There's a coffee maker at the front desk. There's a convenience store right in front. I think this is one of the most comfortable hotels in Kuma***a.

It is close to Kuma***a Station and the restaurant district. I went by car, but the hotel did not have a parking lot, so I parked at a nearby affiliated parking lot and purchased a parking ticket at the hotel for 700 yen. If you are going by car, it is a good idea to check the hotel's web page in advance. The front desk is on the second floor, but the escalator connecting the first and second floors was out of service, so it was a hassle to go back and forth by elevator. The single room was spacious like a city hotel, and the closet was also spacious. The bathroom was a combination bathtub and shower, sink, and toilet, but it was spacious like a city hotel. Shampoos were in large bottles. There were disposable cloth body towels, shaving cream, cotton swabs, etc. The only downsides were that the slippers were not disposable cloth, and there were two chairs, but it would have been better if there was a sofa since the room was spacious. There were tea bags, but it would have been better if there was drip coffee. The air conditioner could not be adjusted to the temperature, and it was the type that could be switched between high, medium, and low, but when I turned on the heater inside, it quickly became warm enough and was comfortable. Breakfast was conveniently served from 6:30. Both the Western and Japanese cuisine were well-stocked, more than a business hotel but less than a city hotel. Overall, it's a hotel above a business hotel, and I think I'll choose it again if I stay in Kuma***a next time.

The facilities were in very good condition and stood out because of how clean they were.

The whole building was air-conditioned, so I couldn't adjust it myself. It was cold in late May. Other than that I'm satisfied.

The breakfast is substantial. I am very satisfied. The staff are very kind.
