I reached the top around 12 o'clock, and countless times I wanted to give up. The scenery is truly beautiful, but life is also really important. If you can't handle it, don't try it lightly. Also, if you want to enjoy the scenery, you can totally do so on the way back down the original path, taking in the views at your leisure!! It's advised to go light with an oxygen can, some cola, chocolate, a windproof jacket, and medicine for motion sickness and high altitude sickness (you'll get motion sickness on the one-hour bus ride), plus a hiking stick. That's all you need. Carrying too much stuff is a burden, and you'll be too tired to have a big appetite anyway. If you're going, it's better to start early. I had been walking down for an hour and a half, and there were still people climbing up. They don't allow you to go up to Milk Sea after 2:30 pm.
