Check in only allowed 15 mins before 2pm. Finally checked in and lucky i checked the washing machine as it was faulty. Requested to change room and was allowed. The mattress cover have stain n smell funky. Din wanna complain again 🤦🏼♀️ so endure for 2 nights. Given room at Level 3 which is noisy as near the dongmen shopping. Would not recommend this hitel.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, it was raining so I asked the front desk for an umbrella and they didn't hesitate to give me one. Location is good, metro station is right below. Although the dinning area has a nice catching view to enjoy while eating, breakfast needs much improvement as there were not many choices. .

A colleague and I stayed here when visiting from Australia for business. The location is great as the SEG markets are a short 5 minute walk and there are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the apartment including a McDonalds and KFC for those who prefer Western food. A Walmart is also close by. We had a 2 bedroom loft apartment which featured the 2 bedroom upstairs with bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms weren’t big, but both had own aircon unit which was great. Kitchen had a small bar fridge which somewhat kept drinks cold. Didn’t bother using any other facilities (no need with so many food options just outside the door). Check in was easy (with the help of translation within WeChat) and check out was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. However, the bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower cubicle. The hotel location is good, around a few minutes walk to the Metro Station (Yannan) and many restaurants nearby.

Nice and beautiful hotel in a great location as ibis always do. The team is amazing. Always ready to to the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Will be back soon.

Low reviews for location because the title in English misleads customers. This hotel is not at the high speed rail station itself. I made the mistake of booking it without checking specific details. It was right at 燕南 station which was 4 stops away from high speed rail station. When staying here, think HK standards where apartments way nicer in photos than real life. Room cleaning needs to be more thorough but for this price in SZ where things are as expensive as HK, can’t really ask for more. I would say ok for local tourists but international tourists take note.

The orange juice is fresh! The bread is freshly picked up from the bakery on the same day. It is very soft and cooked when you hold it. They also actively preheat it! Friends said the coffee is also delicious) This hotel also has a lot of attentive features -Pillows are available in soft or hard, which is a real plus! - Corridor lights are induction - TV can airplay - Strong wifi - The hair dryer is very easy to use! Not inferior to Dyson! - The shower head and hot water are very powerful - AI Xiaodu is very easy to use! very nice - The toilet is very clean, the toilet board is warm, and the toilet flushes automatically! . I would totally stay there again. It was in a very convenient location nearby the metro with tons of food and convenient stores around. The hotel room itself is well equipped for an extended stay. The bed is even more comfortable than I expected since I anticipated a hard, Chinese bed. It’s really hard to find fault with this place, but I did notice that there was a pair of socks left in the garbage bin so I can’t give it five out of five for cleanliness. However, I think that the room was very clean other than that

The lady at the front desk was very thoughtful and helped us arrange a room for two nights, and upgraded it to a two-bedroom room for free, making it convenient for a family of three to stay. Free mineral water and free parking. Like!

The room is quite small. The toilet is alright just the bathing screen quite dirty. The towel is quite old. But they changed for me everyday. Downstairs is quite alot of restaurants and grocery store Quite convenient. Around there is rounded by all the wholesale toys, shoes, accessories, clothes. Within 30mins can reach mostly the attraction. Breakfast is simple breakfast: pao, siewmai, porridge, eggs and etc.

This is an old Apartment Hotel. Not easy to locate, however the location is quite convenient to explore the surrounding shops for ladies shoes/belts/etc. About 15 mins walk to Metro Station.

What a spectacular location! We had a great stay here, we booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us and we were all pleased with our stay. The bed was a little firm for some of our preferences but for the others they loved it. The rooms were very large with a nice seating area. The projector was easy to use as well. We did utilize the laundry room, the machines were easy to use and had both washer and dryers. We would be happy to book this hotel again!

The apartment is very conveniently located on a building above the Gongyuanjian metro station, which is an interchange station for metro lines 1 & 2. The apartment can also be accessed from the metro concourse level at B2. A good choice to stay for those who intend to get around Guangzhou by metro. The biggest challenge for first time guest is to find the access to the apartment. It is also difficult for locals. Best to just call S&L and ask for directions. The apartment is small but comes with good shower, washing machine and electric pot which we found useful during our stay. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay as informed by the Staff. The Staff is helpful and readily made avialable additional toiletries, towels etc.

We were very happy with the service. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and turned around any issues very quickly. The tv wasn’t working and I reported quite late into the evening she however managed to replace it for us that same night! We stayed here again after returning back to GZ. The rooms are what you pay for, very convenient they have a walking machine too! The first room we stayed at could do with a bit of redecorating but the second time (pictured) was very comfortable esp after our stay in HK!

Location was great, just a short walk from the train station and attached mall with many food options. The room had all the amenities we needed and was clean. Host is very helpful and can be easily reached by wechat. Overall a good stay.

Hotel listed the room has 2 full functioning bathrooms . Only come to find out when you checking it and scan the code a message will be sent disclaiming only 1 bathroom works due to “因为当初开发商没有给一楼的浴室安装排水管” Everything else was great besides this . What’s listed and what it actually is is highly misleading.

This apartment has a good location. Very near Yannan metro station. Close to restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket at the basement. The receptionist lady is friendly but can not speak english. We had a nice stay.

The service was really good loved the young girl who helped us out as we were not happy with the first room that they gave us since we opted for the executive suite but we were given the basic loft. The hygiene was not really acceptable, as the bins had smoking marks, the room smelled a bit of old cigarette smell. The Aircon was really dusty. The toilet was not really well clean. I basically had to wipe down the bathroom. We did ask them to tidy up the room for the second day however, the bed was made. Overall the location was good accessible to many shops and restaurants.

The princess has come home! ~ I couldn’t be happier living in the castle. Even my dreams are pink, very clean and beautiful! There is also robot service, which the children like very much. In addition, the housekeeper here is also very considerate and the service is in place. , Brother Whale, Sister Jellyfish, and Brother Dolphin all sound cute when they are called. They are all very good, please like it.

Overall speaking, the room was fantastic! The staff were attentive and polite. Our plan included a ”520 Confession Set Dinner” which had a steak (though cooked well-done), fried chicken rolls with bacon, a bowl of Caesar salad, a truffle sauce pasta with clamps. The food were good, at least we don't have anything to complain with this price. Also, the air-conditioning was great, which was outstanding compared to some 5-star hotels. Definitely recommend couples to have an overnight stay here.

The room is large, with a high floor, and can sleep 4 people. It is suitable for a family of adults and young people, and it is very cost-effective! The location is moderate and quiet, with many restaurants nearby and not far from the Zhuhai port/station. Electronic customer service responds quickly. The disadvantages are that the bathroom has less space, the room smells of cigarette smoke, and there are no bedside/bedside lights. The wall power supply has no USB plug at all! The sound insulation of the door is weak (indoor noise can be heard from the corridor outside).

The location is very convenient. The apartment is located on the side of Chuangxin Square. Once you get there, you can reach one of the entrances of Chuangxin Square within a minute's walk. Check in and get 2 complimentary drinks, coffee or wine, at the bar. Free parking, pay first, and the owner will return it to wechat. For an apartment-style hotel, this public location is of good quality. The room is big and clean, but if you like spotless and high-end quality, it may not be suitable. Overall good value for money. The supplies are complete, and the hotel also packs disposable towels, which is heartwarming!

One of the best stay I ever had in zhuhai, tried few different ones this one tops out all of them. But I think mostly because of its new building status I can't guarantee the condition of it as times goes by. Hopefully it will be kept in the current condition for years to come. I will definitely book it again next year's visit.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here. Room was small but not tiny, clean. Sound proofing of the walls was good. AC worked well. Washing machine with dryer is a huge plus. Morning buffet had many options, coffee was good too. Ordered deliveries could be brought right to the room door. It’s located near the river with long nice pathways by it. Taxis/Didi’s were arriving fast as it’s not an area with heavy traffic. I’d recommend a stay here if one isn’t focused on being within short distance from the beach.

The location of the hotel is very close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. It is very convenient to take a taxi. In an apartment, the apartment is very quiet. There is no sound at night. The sound is very good. The window is the river view. It is not on the roadside. It is not noisy at all. The 24-hour front desk service is also great. The hotel provides a lot of disposable items, the bathroom is quite clean, and the aromatherapy is also put, the room is super super big, the top of the loft is very good, the room upstairs is not depressed, in short, it is very good, it is recommended to stay!

Got a room on the 6th floor, was huge with many wardrobe and shelf areas. Also got a big fridge and the room had a washing machine, can hang to dry on a rack. Had a hot plate stove but no plates and cooking utensils...maybe you need to ask them for it. Had two mugs and a kettle though. No complimentary coffee and tea. But each day got 2 bottles of water. Location was excellent. 10 minutes walk from Gongbei border (to Macau) and Zhuhai Rail Station. Also only 10 mins walk to the famous Xiawan Night Market (starts from 9.45pm to 5am!) and many restaurants downstairs so you won't go hungry. Safe environment too. The only complaints are that they couldn't get the wifi to work for me, most likely as I have a foreign phone and on android. Plus there is a KTV on the 4th and 5th floor so can be a bit noisy at night. Try to get a higher floor room if you are a light sleeper. Extended my stay and would recommend this apartment as it's great value and all the staff were so helpful!

The hotel address / location is a bit confusing. I went to the wrong hotel but a kind staff member walked me about five minures to the hotel I booked, he even carried my bag 🤗 Su Ke Thai is located near the borders (walking / boat) of Macau.; the Sightseeing bus tour; the subway station and a short walk to the river which is across from an outdoor mall. The hotel was nice and clean but you must request clean towels, kitchen utensils, etc.
