The apartment itself was nice and clean. The kitchen equipment was a bit poor but you could still cook something with it. All in all a nice stay. Seafront location. Everything was great... Except for the mattresses. Unfortunately they were really terrible

The apartment is in dire need of renovation. Because of the street noise, staying in the beautifully situated front yard is very noisy. It's not far to the beach.
