Holiday Apartments in Azores, Portugal

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

Beautiful apartment with ocean view! Sat out on the lanai in the eve listening to the waves! Just lovely! We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Ana was so friendly and provided a video ahead of time with clear instructions on how to get into the unit as we were arriving later in the eve. She was very welcoming and also gave me info on what to see in our short stay on the island. We will be back! Thank you Ana

One bedroom and one living room area 40-50 square meters, with kitchen. Electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator are all available. We went to the supermarket to buy vegetable pizza, do it ourselves, and the taste was more suitable than the outside restaurant. The hotel provides breakfast and the quality is very good. The room is equipped with Bluetooth sound system, electric curtains, and a lot of selling points. We rented a car and drove there, and the hotel underground garage was free to park. A very satisfied stay.

Customer service is excellent. Responded quickly to inquiry and very helpful. We had a unit downstairs with a small private garden. Bed felt as if we were in 5 star hotel. Very satisfied with this accomodation.

We are generally satisfied with the hotel from the reception desk, the hotel catering service is also very good, but the room facilities are old, the quality of the pillows is too bad, but this is only our personal suggestion, seriously, the beauty of the Azores Islands is in addition to the unique advantage, More high-quality from the local people, from where we go, can feel this safe, friendly, beautiful island.

Of course, it is a great location on the island, with the sea in front and the green behind. Then there is the distant mountains. This small town named for whaling is next to the abandoned whale processing plant. There are also high chimneys that show the bustle of the past.

We had rented the apartment for a night. The apartment was very well equipped with refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, washing board, kitchen line, ... The apartment was large and had a small terrace. Price/performance was top. There is also a super restaurant (Japanese) near (5mn to foot).
