Fantastic! We went for a concert and arrived late at night. The front desk staff enthusiastically explained where we could park. Since it was already past midnight, and there were still available rooms, they upgraded us for free. It was absolutely wonderful!

The location is perfect. It is easy to get to anywhere you want to visit. Sitting on top of a shopping mall makes it easy to find meals. The huge window in each room is an awesome sight when you step into the room. It makes me feel like I'm living among the top of the skyscrapers. For first-timers dragging luggage, beware: the number eight metroline only arrives at exit F, but it is across the street from the hotel. You have to cross the busy street on the ground to get to the hotel. The best way is through number two's exit D to get to the hotel. One minor problem for us was the washer and dryer combination machine that we are not familiar with. We tried to ask the front desk for help, they sent the cleaning lady to help us. We wanted to take out some of the clothes that were not suitable to be dried. She had no knowledge about it so it was a little bit of an annoyance for us. Otherwise, to have a washer dryer inside your room was perfect for any travelers!

The front desk service was very friendly and the room was clean and tidy without any odor.

The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and transportation nearby. The room was clean and cozy. The kitchenette area was equipped with a washing machine and a small refrigerator, easily meeting all your daily needs. Thoughtful details were provided. I have to give a big thumbs up to the host! I originally planned to check out at 12:00 PM, but I overslept. When the host called to wake me up, I didn't complain. He proactively offered to extend my check-in time and responded to my questions immediately. The service was very thoughtful.

Before arriving, I had my eye on this hotel, and I was lucky enough to snag two rooms with super large 1.8-meter double beds. Upon checking in, I was continuously impressed! It's very close to Luoyang Railway Station, right opposite Jiuzhou Pond, and within walking distance to Yingtian Gate and Tiantang Mingtang. A taxi to Luoyi Ancient City only cost 13 yuan. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. The room amenities were replenished promptly every day. After a long day of exploring, coming back to a hot shower, then relaxing on the massage chair while watching a movie on the large projection screen – it was pure bliss! Especially after a great night's sleep on the 1.8-meter bed with a stress-relieving mattress and sleep pillows, no matter how tired I was from playing all day, I'd wake up completely refreshed the next morning! You can book tickets for Laojun Mountain and the 'Phoenix Dance in Luoyang' show at the hotel's front desk for a cheaper price than online platforms, and they even provide free hiking poles! I'll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Luoyang.

It's just an average apartment, the only good thing is that it's newly opened... Breakfast is shared by several apartments in the building, like a war... Dining options are convenient nearby, and there's a large residential area across the street... As for transportation, online taxis go directly to the building, and the front desk can arrange a ride to Zhengzhou East... But the price/performance ratio for 228 is really average...

Overall it's very clean. For the price, it's very cost-effective. It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. It's soundproof and hygienic. It feels like I'm at home. I didn't even dare to go in. believe. At this price, you can live in a house like this, and disposable towels and bath towels and two bottles of water are free. I was really surprised. It’s just far away from the train station haha. Everything else is quite satisfactory and I gave it a five-star rating.

This was my first stay here and it was excellent! The area is very lively and close to the subway, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. The front desk staff were fantastic – they even helped me pick up my takeout and were incredibly friendly and welcoming with smiles and warm greetings. My room was spotless, clean, and meticulously tidy, with everything perfectly organized. All the in-room amenities were complete and fully equipped. My check-in experience was great, and overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!!! 👍👍
