The rooms are clean and tidy, and you can tell the owner pays attention to every detail. You need your room card to access the floors, which means security is excellent, and I felt very safe. I mentioned my requests when booking, and the owner was incredibly accommodating, offering a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even better! Just a small heads-up: the hot water in the bathroom can get quite hot, so future guests might want to be a bit careful. Great value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Zhengzhou!

Quiet, with good soundproofing. **Cons:** 1. There's a guest elevator that doesn't require a key card to access all floors, which is a bit concerning given the mixed crowd in a commercial area. 2. Map and ride-sharing apps have incorrect location data, often pinpointing it to the mall side, which requires a long walk. The closest accurate pin is Metro Exit D. 3. Bedding quality was just average.

One minor issue is that the elevator wait time can be a bit long, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place for a solo stay, but the room size may not be suitable for families

Cold water can be put for a while, and hot water can be produced. The faucet twists red, it is hot water, and blue is cold water. The room was very clean, and it felt like a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.8-meter bed. Enough for our two big and one nap. If the windows are transparent, it would be great, so that the large windows can see the outside scenery. The small windows are transparent and there are not many views to see. satisfaction.
