this hotel has one of the best customer service. We greatly appreciated the staff who went out of their way to help us even at 4AM in the morning when we faced an incident in the streets. They physically came down to meet us and help us with translations and communicating with the other party, without which our experience in Changsha would have been much worse. Besides that, the room was very clean and well maintained, very comfortable to live in! We will come back again on our next visit to Changsha

Wonderful hotel close to the ancient town. Good atmosphere and service was great. The staff is very helpful and will guide you on how to explore the city. The hotel staff even offered to drop us off to the bus station on the day we checked out. Will recommend!

I only had time to write a review after leaving Zhangjiajie. The boss is an enthusiastic sister who can help plan routes and book tickets. The price is cheaper than online. The apartment is very close to Tianmen Mountain. Through the window, you can see the longest cable car in the world to Tianmen Mountain. The apartment is cost-effective, but because it is so close to the airport, when the plane comes, even if the doors and windows are closed, it can be noisy enough to feel like the floor is shaking, which is a bit of a fly in the ointment. There is also Baiyihui Clothing Wholesale Market in Zhangjiajie. You can stop by and have a look after coming down from Tianmen Mountain. Factory direct sales, with many styles and cheap prices. The same piece of clothing with the same quality costs 129 at my place but only 39 here. Depressed, my dad bought several more items on the spot. Don’t worry if you buy too much. You can ask the boss to send it back by courier. Thank you😊Finally, it’s really a pity that I didn’t see many of them on a rainy day, but it doesn’t have a special smell. It’s just not conducive to taking pictures. , it was a worthwhile trip.

Awesome view of the river and close to snack street and some major malls (awesome things to do - animal cafe, time and space photo place, trampoline arena). Longyue mountain is a 20 minute drive away and Orange island is a subway stop away. You have to ask for the room to get cleaned and there’s no actual front desk (need to add a guy on WeChat). Quieter elevator as opposed to the adjacent elevator. WiFi was good in the beginning of the stay but then became unstable. Basically, it is not really a hotel but more a place to have a shower and sleep - which is perfect for the night life that Changsha is famous for (especially because it’s so hot during the day)

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!
