Guest UserThe room facilities were excellent, and both my friend and I loved the layout. This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The hotel's location is also very convenient, right next to a commercial area with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis hotel is located on the top floor of a building, right next to the east bank of the Xiang River. To the west, you can overlook Yuelu Mountain and Orange Isle. The views are fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby. It's not far from major city attractions, easily reachable by foot, subway, or taxi. On the east side, the old alleyways offer a rich taste of local life, allowing you to experience the seamless blend of Changsha's modernity and tradition. The hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows are just right – neither too soft nor too firm. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. On the river-facing side, due to its proximity to a main urban road and the riverside promenade, there might be a slight rustling sound from passing vehicles and people exercising during morning rush hour. However, it's all within a tolerable range, and the white noise doesn't interfere with sleeping in. (All attached photos were taken from inside the room)

Guest UserI said I was blindly selecting, but the kids said it was not a blind selection, it was really good, the Provincial Museum is 10 minutes away, opposite is Fuxing Times, Chef Fei and Chef Chou, you don’t have to queue up for Cha Yan Yue Se, you can eat whenever you want, but not too late.
The subway station entrance is just downstairs, you can travel however you want, it’s very convenient.
By the way, I brought two half-grown boys and a grown man, four people might be a bit crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men unanimously refused, saying it’s just a shower and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, the hygiene is also okay, because I was too tired to play, I didn’t experience the projection, the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it will light up when I move, I can’t see the light, I wake up when I see the light🤣🤣🤣🤣
I found that the floor drain was not working when I took a shower on the first day, but it was solved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

1377chenTraveling to Changsha with my kids, I saw pictures of their tatami rooms online and thought they'd be perfect for a family stay. When we got to the room, it was even cozier than the photos suggested, and it even had a washing machine, which was such a lifesaver! The projector screen was super clear, and the room itself was spotless. We could even watch live TV on the projector. We ended up extending our stay for three more nights! The location is really convenient too, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get to all the attractions. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

This is my second time staying here in Changsha, and I'm very grateful the hotel upgraded me to a larger room! The toilet flush didn't work every time, and the bathroom walls and window sills looked a bit old; I'd suggest they be updated. The breakfast was plentiful, but finishing by 10 AM felt a bit rushed. It's great that there's a pool, though I recommend bringing your own swimming cap. It's a bit of a distance from the subway station, so taking a taxi is more convenient.

Guest UserI know prices go up during holidays, but this surcharge is just jaw-dropping. I'd understand if it were three or four times the price shown in picture 2, but ten times is just outrageous!
I have to admit, the owner's attitude was excellent. However, the overall service was poor. No housekeeping for three days, not even the trash cans were emptied. The room's window faced an air shaft, which was depressing to look at, so I kept the curtains closed for days – essentially making it a windowless room. The most unacceptable thing was the cooking smells from other rooms or the downstairs kitchen wafting directly into our room. The hotel had no signs, and the navigation just had me circling in confusion; I had to contact the owner to realize I was right downstairs. Sigh!
There are definitely advantages to the location. Wuyi Square commercial street is right downstairs, and the subway is at the entrance (though getting down is another story – the elevator wait was ridiculous, and even then, it was often full). This is why I chose this place, but it's not a hotel; it's clearly a homestay. If it were normally priced like in picture 2, combined with the owner's attitude, it would be a real gem.

This Homestay was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and kind. They offered to pick me up from the station as soon as I booked the homestay and then offered me a lift to the station the day I checked out. The room was clean and comfy. The AC worked well and the shower was pleasant. The homestay is a 15 minute walk from the scenic spot enterance, which lets you see some of the outer town. Bottled water is proved and there is a refill station in reception. Great stay! I highly recommend booking this homestay, especially given its price!

Guest UserThe hotel is located along the river at the side of the cloud bridge, offering fantastic views in the day and at night. Honestly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could possibly be. They offered to let us choose the room we preferred best because there were no other guests on that day, showed us the best spots in town and planned our town itinerary with us. They also helped us book tickets for the local show and recommended the best seats. When I arrived, I was happy to find out it indeed was the best seats in the entire show. The hotel and rooms itself were very pleasing with comfortable decor and lighting, feeling very authentic. Very grateful to the hotel for making my stay in town unforgettable.

Guest UserA very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel service was excellent. A week before our arrival, a concierge called to confirm our check-in time and asked if we needed any children's amenities since we were traveling with my son. We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was fully equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a large refrigerator (which was clean and odorless), and a washing machine. There were two bathrooms, not huge, but perfectly adequate. The master suite bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and the water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel is relatively close to bustling areas like Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), about a twenty-minute drive. Those with good stamina could even walk. However, due to the hot weather, we mostly took taxis, which were inexpensive, usually around ten to twenty RMB to popular attractions.
For Orange Isle, taxis have restrictions, so we opted for the subway. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Furong Square Metro Station. From there, it's just 3 stops on Line 2 to Orange Isle Metro Station, and the attraction entrance is right outside, which was very convenient. During our four-day stay, the front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming, always greeting guests warmly whenever they saw them.
