The main purpose is business, take one stop from the bus station across the hotel to reach Messe München, 5-10 minutes to get there. The place environment is quiet enough to have a good rest at night, the room layout is very comfortable, a little dusty, nasal allergies will be a little harder, but the whole room is very clean. Breakfast options are sufficient, instead dinner will have to find a place to eat before returning to the hotel. But it's pretty good for one person on business.
Every time I come to Munich, I live here, spacious and comfortable, simple kitchen utensils can make something to eat. The underground parking garage is very convenient, 20 euros a day. There are Lidl, ED, DM, Apotheke nearby, and there is also a small park for walking.
the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.
My opinion: Good got solo travellers, don’t drive, prefer peace rather than happening places nearby. Good for biz trips.
Location: Very convenient, right next to Neuperlach Sud station on U5 line which covers Ostbanhof couple stops away.
Neighbourhood: fairly quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, not like the busy downtown. Good if you like some peace, not great if you’re looking for nightlife or exciting downtown activities.
Hotel public areas: overrated to be considered the “most-instagrammable” hotel, don’t think of it as a high-end luxury type. But there are some funky stuff on levels 2 to 7, go explore their R&R rooms, from scenic Gym rooms to classic retro games room. Will keep you motivated for 2-3 nights at least. They have an onsite-laundry that uses App-based (niceGerman technology)
Food/cafe: very convenient REWE next door. Onsite canteen was cool Italian food, but apparently it’s not open every day for dinner, careful on weekends. Next closest for food might be Neuperlach Zentrum which is just 2 stops away.
You can check-in easily by yourself through the device at the reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots, pans, measuring cups, a cheese grater, plates, bowls, a kettle, and even a coffee maker. Cleaning supplies are located outside the room and can be accessed using the door card. Bed sheets and dish soap can be requested from housekeeping at any time. Checking out is easy; simply drop your card into the mailbox at the front office and click the checkout button via the email you received. Overall, it was excellent and very impressed!!
The hotel is located in an industrial area, but was still very quiet.
The staff at the hotel are very convenient and polite.
Big plus point in the room, water cooker, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator.

It was difficult to check in, but I was able to spend comfortably except that. It was good that it was close to the UB station and easy access to the exhibition hall and the church district.
The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to travel around from. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!
The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and it's only about a 20-minute ride from there to Munich Central Station, which is very convenient.
Right outside the metro station, there's a shopping mall, and a budget supermarket (LIDL) can be accessed directly from the back entrance of the mall.
The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in.
With a stay at Humboldt41 in Nuremberg (Mitte), you'll be a 5-minute drive from Main Market Square and 7 minutes from Nuremberg Christmas Market. This aparthotel is 2.7 mi (4.3 km) from Nuremberg Castle and 7.8 mi (12.5 km) from Playmobil FunPark.
Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, a communal living room, and a vending machine.
Featured amenities include express check-out and a vending machine. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 16 individually decorated guestrooms, featuring kitchens with refrigerators and stovetops. 40-inch flat-screen televisions with satellite programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. GGuest UserTravelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. No particular requests. But I thought it would be reasonable to allocate us 2 rooms on the same level. Instead we were given rooms on split levels requiring use of room cards to access each other rooms on different levels. One room card to my kids so that they can access my room and another room card to maintain electricity at the door. So we are left with nil spare room cards.
Despite the upfront security measures to use room cards to access each level via lift, the stairs are accessible without use of any room cards.
Rust stained kitchen equipment.
Kitchen equipment is so-so
Recept emphasized that there is no daily room cleaning but never really keen to welcome guests and make guests comfortable.

GGuest UserThe location is easy to find, just navigate there. Parking in the underground garage is 16 euros a night. Parking on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance is free. The two single beds can be moved at will. They can be separated into twin beds or combined together into a double room. The air conditioning is very warm. There is a kitchen, complete with tableware and utensils, and free dishcloths and detergents that can be taken away when checking out. There is free hot water, coffee, and milk in the lobby on the first floor 24 hours a day. You need to bring your own cup to pick it up. Breakfast costs 17 euros per person, which I personally feel is not worth it. There are no hot dishes, just simple bread, a few slices of fruit, and sausages. No toiletries, no slippers, just bath towels. There is only one room.
WWhiteBoardEasy check-in & check-out with friendly reception. The room was very clean and tidy, big enough to open two large suitcases and to move around. Our room was facing towards a backyard, it was very quiet at night, no noise from nearby or inside the room, there weren't many cars on the main street either. Not sure if it was a heater or central heating but the room was warm and cosy all the time. The TV was nice and allowed screen mirroring. There were also charged laundry machines and dryers which looked very new and did the job properly.
The surrounding environment felt safe to walk around at night. Although not many restaurants around, there were some big supermarkets. It took 3 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it took about 15 minutes to Munich Central Station. It was a bit far away from Munich city centre, but 35 minutes travel time was ok for us.
In general very nice! Will definitely consider staying again.
AAnonymous UserBooked a family apartment, nearly 50 square meters, very spacious, bright and comfortable, all items are neatly arranged, thoughtful. The first time I saw such a large ironing board and iron, the kitchen was also equipped with complete appliances. Noel's dishwasher and oven would be more beautiful.
GguestFrom the airport, you have two ways to get to the hotel.
Plan A : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take U5 and get off at Innsbruck Ring. Change trains to U2 and get off at Josefsburg. Take the elevator on your right to the ground. Walk to the right and you can see the hotel on your left.
Plan B : Take S8 to Ostbahnhof. Take tram 21 and get off at the stop(see pictures below). Walk to the church and you can see the hotel.
The reception of the hotel and the building with rooms are different. Be careful.
The hotel is not in the central of the city, but you could hear the church bells ringing.
There's no washing machines or washing room. You can ask the reception to bring your clothes to a laundry shop nearby.
GGuest UserA nice hotel, but the two bedroom is not really a two bedroom. It's more like a one bedroom plus the living area converted into the second sleeping area.
I find the ”two bedroom” room type too squeezy for 4 pax. We cannot even eat together on the same table, no table space and not enough chairs.
Also, although there is a lift, our floor is not at the lift landing, it's in-between the lift landing, so for those carrying big luggage, it was tedious, not recommended.
Otherwise, the room facilities are good, the location is great.
They also allow us to leave our luggage there while waiting for check-in, so that is nice too.

YYenStay Kooook is located near the Central train station. The room is very comfortable with many storage space and nearly all the amenities that you need during the stay. You may also utilise the common with a full kitchen, laundry room, cosy resting area, and a terrace. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in Munich !
