The hotel is beautiful and new, everything is modern, stylish and clean. Location 5+.
But there are also questions. All actions, including entering the hotel premises, only from the hotel application, and therefore every guest should have the application and always have wi-fi with them. The room has a kettle, a phone charger and a Google speaker, but there are no sockets to plug them into. We had to put everything on the floor by the door. The sockets don't fit the plugs very well. And the breakfast is very modest.

Walking distance from Rialto ferry station. Use goggle to help you . Nearby has supermarket and many restaurants. Super newer to San Macro Sq.
Hotel- very clean and nice room. No toothbrush tho but the rest are awake . They even complimentary me a Prosecuo bottle as it’s my honey moon . So sweet !
Breakfast- complimentary. Variety is good. I had scramble egg and the crispy bacon was super good.
If you have heavy luggage , take note that you will have to carry up and down a few flight of stairs when going to this hotel . Otherwise I recommend you after alighting at Rialto, turn to ur right… look for Max Mara… then from there goggle .. abit futher but only 1 flight of stairs ..
dun be like me … follow the goggle map … carry thr luggage up and down 3 time …
Dun really need to buy the 2 day unlimited ticket at 30E as actually can slowly walk from railway station to hotel … but with luggage … u can buy 1 way.. the rest juat walk slowly … save the euro for the food better .
This is a very good hotel with good service and good location. !

The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. The other side of the canal is St. Mark's Square. One stop is very convenient for shipping. But San Marco got on the boat directly, and the most important thing to carry luggage was to cross a small bridge with few steps. The design of the hotel is very new. Although only the beggar room is booked, the canal is not visible outside the window, but the area is not small. Breakfast can be eaten by the window. It is the same as breakfast. The hair dryer in the room is good, smooth and has a bathtub The shower room is a shallow basin and the water splashes easily.
Booking was full at that time, and Ctrip was still very happy to book in early July. Although the price was not cheap, but after staying for 24 hours, I felt it was worth it, but when I checked in, the hotel informed me of the reservation information, but the hotel did not give the supplier Confirm the reply, if the room is full, hehe, what is this operation? The payment was also successfully deducted two days before check-in, although it was surprisingly safe, and I received an oversold message on the day of my arrival on the check-in. Let me contact Ctrip.

The hotel prepared champagne and desserts for our honeymoon, and also gave us a corner house facing the canal, which was very beautiful!
The room is very fancy and provides slippers, toothbrushes and other essentials. The bed is a bit soft and my back hurts when I sleep on it. The quilt is thin and the air conditioner is slightly cold (it seems like this in European hotels). But the entire room and hotel were quiet and we were never woken up.
The room is a little tilted, I don't know if it's because of its long history.
The disadvantage is that the bathroom is too small. My husband is quite big and it is very painful to take a bath in it. The hygiene needs to be improved. The shower head in the bathroom is very dirty and there is a thin layer of dust on the surface of the bedside table.
The attitude at the front desk is very good, very warm and polite, and you can store your luggage for free. The hotel is located in a quiet location. It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest water bus station. You only need to cross a small bridge, and you can carry your luggage everywhere else.
There is a restaurant on the main street next to the hotel that has a Chinese menu. The taste and price are good, and it is highly recommended!
But in short, the hotel gave us a very good experience. We love Venice very much, so we added two more days to our itinerary. It is worth experiencing this city. We hope to come back next time~
A very satisfactory hotel, not far from the main island train station, only about ten minutes' walk. The hotel is by the canal, very quiet, and it is convenient to go anywhere by boat. The breakfast was very good and the service was five-star. The only drawback was that the bathroom was a little too cramped.
As expected of a luxury hotel, the service from the staff, the bed and the furniture were all excellent and I was able to rest well. However, it took a long time for the bathtub to drain and the refrigerator wasn't cold, which was a bit of an issue. I wish I had noticed that at the beginning... But everything else was very satisfying!
The room is big with king size bed. Breakfast has variety of choices which promises a big breakfast. It’s location is good for people with car. Only takes around 12 minutes to the Gaggio Porta E Station which has a big free parking just next to it. From the station to Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia only need around 30 mins. Be aware that only one train in every hour.
The location of the hotel is great if you are interested in using it as a base for visiting Venice as there is a train station located right behind the hotel. The decor in the room is a bit old, but the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is O.K. There is a shuttle to and from the airport and I have also learned belatedly that in the event if you should come in late and the shuttle is no longer available, you can also just get a taxi at the airport and the hotel will pay for it, which is around 50 Euro or so.

HHave to travelAlomost perfect but “Check in Guide”
As guests who just booked the hotel several days ago, we didn’t receive an email about how to find the hotel. So we used google map. But got lost nearby. Thus, we decide to share our experience to help potential guests.
Firstly, when you find this little square with a statuette(picture 1). You can go across the little bridge then turn left. Don’t walk too much. The hotel is just near the bridge. Actually we spent around 30 minutes walked around this place. But seldom people knew this building’s location . And we got cold because of October’s weather in Venice. In short, after going across the bridge, you should turn left and almost immediately turn right. The gate of hotel is close to “Campiello Diego” and a bar. Unluckily, the phone number on Trip.com is wrong. So we find a number on the door and add the front desk’s WhatsApp. The front desk replied immediately, and we finally got the pin and entered the room.
The room is new. And the view is beautiful. Unless the “finding hotel” process, we like this hotel.
BTW, the restaurant attached is very good. Waiters are helpful and generous there. They will treat you appetizer, dessert and two little cups of alcohol. Their spaghetti is good.
Hope our information can help you~
Hhoneydewsagoconveniently located near the train station
great food options around the hotel!
hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious enough in my opinion :)
iirc no daily cleaning but you can go down to lobby for towels if needed
highly recommended as it is much cheaper than staying in venice!
GGuest User1. Cleanliness
- We stayed 4 nights and they didn’t clean the room for us once. Referring to some laws, but other hotels we’ve stayed at this trip all of them offer the daily cleaning service.
2. Location
- City center, easily accessible to all attractions
- We were able to store our shopping bags in between the shopping spree during the day
3. Service
- They just did things as scripted, 2 girls chorus, nothing special.
- We asked for bus information. She didn’t know. Most hotel staff should be able to provide this basic city info.
4. Amenities
- No fitness. The only good is our room #50 has balcony, extra price for that ofc.
RRip RipWonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat.
Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast.
The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel.
Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.
NNIGarden-style apartment hotel, very good, like it very much. You can cook, and the kitchen utensils are complete. The room is big enough, and there is a loft for a family to live in. To the attractions, you can walk, not very far. Very nice hotel apartment!
GGuest UserExcellent property. Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
The accommodation is on another island from the tourist attractions of Venice. On this island there are cozy restaurants and shops within walking distance, but to get to Piazza San Marco, you will need 15-20 minutes by vaporetto.
There is no reception in the apartment, so the check-in process is done by sending personal data by e-mail. After a dozen warnings from the booking system not to send personal data by e-mail, I was a little nervous when the hotel staff asked me to do so.
SSteve 1957This apartment was fabulous, usually rooms in Venice are tiny, but here we had a large bedroom, with a walk in cupboard for storing clothes and suitcases, a very large living/dining room/kitchenette and la large shower/toilet. Exceeded our expectations.
Location is good but you need to plan ahead because hauling suitcases while checking a map is not easy.
The shower can be a bit intimidated as it seems to be complicated but after it was explained by the hosts it was not an issue.
Definitely worth a visit.
GGuest UserGreat price and clean. We had minimal contact with staff and did not take advantage of breakfast. Room looked great on arrival but everything was a bit low end. Also you could hear water dripping off and on through the night. I assume this was sound coming through the drain from others showering. Overall a good sleep and good deal for the money.
AAndrésVery good place to stay **** during your stay in Venice, clean, cozy, very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfasts are very good and the beds comfortable, plus there is hardly any noise, which is appreciated when you arrive to rest. I recommend it without a doubt. If I come back to Venice I will stay here again.
