Holiday Villas in Hainan, China

I originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

This place offers incredible value for money! The room is super spacious and incredibly clean. Having a private pool that you can use anytime is a huge plus. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time, it's just so comfortable and peaceful. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Good Environment: The villa area is very quiet. Service: There's a butler service, always available when you need them, and they even help with food deliveries.

I enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great. There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay. The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely! We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

The front desk service was indeed excellent, they really tried to meet guests' needs. They even let me check out two hours late without a fuss, which I really appreciated – very understanding and accommodating. However, the room facilities are quite old. The musty, damp smell at night made it hard to sleep, and the sofa had some stains that… well, let's just say adults would recognize them. Breakfast was very mediocre, and they start clearing up surprisingly early. I went down at 10 AM and there was hardly anything left, and I felt very rushed. I later found out they close breakfast at 10 AM, which is definitely a noticeable difference compared to other five-star hotels. I didn't get to use any of the other services offered by the hotel, as most of them require booking a day in advance, and I simply didn't have enough time.

We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

The villa has its own private pool and is right by the sea, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. If you wake up early, you can even collect seashells on the steps after the tide goes out. There are great restaurants nearby, and it's easy to go on boat trips. It's also close to the lighthouse, making everything very convenient. It would be even more fun to visit with family and friends.

Very satisfied, clean and complete facilities, the boss is very nice and will deliver anything you need immediately. The scenery is beautiful and my family had a great time. I will come to your house again next time.

Our first stop in Sanya was this Mountain & River Villa, and it was the perfect choice! It's super close to Phoenix Airport, so we could check in right after landing, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage, especially with elderly family members and kids. The private villa we stayed in had its own massive pool with crystal-clear water and beautiful scenery – every photo looked like it was from a resort magazine, instantly setting the perfect vacation mood! There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better! The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. Plus, it's really close to Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), making it super convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our experience was fantastic – I wish I could stay for a whole month!
