Holiday Villas in Hainan, China

I originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

Our overall stay exceeded expectations! The lobby has a refined ambiance, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were efficient and hassle-free. The room was meticulously cleaned, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom and consistently hot water, plus all the necessary toiletries. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was very quiet at night. Downstairs, there's a convenient store and various restaurants, and getting a taxi was easy. Both cleanliness and service were top-notch. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is fantastic, and the rooms are great and meticulously clean. The service is also excellent, offering great value for money overall. Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided very thoughtful service, making it a highly recommended stay. The hotel offers a wide range of children's activities, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a blast at the pool. The staff at the kids' club, Ali, was warm and enthusiastic, and the water quality was very clean. Overall, it's quite good with comprehensive facilities. The hotel's greenery is also excellent. This is a huge villa with a huge pool, the rooms are large and amenities are what are advertised. The only disappointment is that the wear and tear are very obvious. It is such a shame as this villa could be amazing. The rooms are neat and clean, although inside a wardrobe there was mould and a missing clothing rail. Also cleaning of the outside spaces wasn’t great. There was also a room full of junk in the basement rooms, it made it feel like the villa was used for a dumping space, not a space prepared for paying guests to stay. The staff however, were amazing! So helpful and happy to come and sort out any issue straight away. Thank you to all the staff, you were lovely! We really did like our time at this villa as we are only a small family and would come again just for the pool and the lovely staff.

We stayed at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay with two adults and two children in a Luxury Pool Twin Room. The overall ambiance was fantastic, with a strong Southeast Asian tropical vibe. The 48㎡ room with two queen-sized beds was spacious and comfortable. After communicating in advance, the hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, perfectly meeting the needs of our family of four. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows opened directly to the public pool, so we could step out and swim immediately. The pool had lifeguards, making it safe and convenient for kids to play in the water. The resort grounds were lush with greenery, featuring an indoor kids' club and a shallow wading pool. There were daily family activities like bubble parties, and the children absolutely loved it. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options catering to both young and old tastes. The hotel's buggy service provided convenient transfers to and from the beach. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff offered attentive service. The strong sense of privacy, coupled with all the amenities for kids, made it a one-stop, worry-free vacation. It's a highly recommended family-friendly resort with great value for money in Yalong Bay.

We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with no strange odors and great ventilation. The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

The villa has its own private pool and is right by the sea, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. If you wake up early, you can even collect seashells on the steps after the tide goes out. There are great restaurants nearby, and it's easy to go on boat trips. It's also close to the lighthouse, making everything very convenient. It would be even more fun to visit with family and friends.
