The good:
comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48.
The bad:
Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic.
Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that.
Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card.
After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”.
The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere.
Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic).
Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.
We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+. We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night.
The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed. The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).
The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well. Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down……
The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!
Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete.
Stunning undisturbed view over Johor-Singapore straits via the High level floor of 47th. Both rooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Both bathrooms have basic toiletry. The kitchen has set of 4 for plates, bowls, cups. The entire unit is sparkling clean. Balcony has cloth hanging lines.
Windy and not so noisy due to high floor.
Very nice swimming pool and exercise track at 8th floor. Reasonable price for the quality. Surely would like to stay again.
Suggestions:
1. Draw the parking lot on the the Carpark map provided. As the parking is quite huge and take a while for us to find the exit door to the lift.
2. Provide a clearer instruction map to get the key from the mail box. As there are quite many Blocks and Carpark entrances.
3. Provide a clearer instruction to go to R&F Mall via the Bridge from the 8th Floor.
We have a Great Stay~Thx

Host YQYH sent Whatsapp messages 3-4 days in advance to let us know the check-in information. They have been kind. Amenities are provided. Cleanliness can be improved though. For travellers walking from JBCC to R&F, do note that there is a little construction of the overhead bridge and needed to go down and up again to reach there. We stayed in Phase 2 which needed a bit of walking compared to phase 2 buildings. Both myself and the boys slept throughout the night but not my husband. The beds are the firm type. Overall, the experience was okay for me.

We had an amazing weekday at R & F Princess Cove By Ck Homestay ! The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the CIQ, making trips to singapore super convenient .The apartment was sportless, beautifully
Decorated, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially loved the infiniity pool with stunning city views ! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a relaxing gateway.
Stay in 2203, scenic view overseeing the Singapore Woodlands checkpoint. Comfy beds and strong wifi, together with adequate amenities, a good place to stay with friends for some social activities. Highly recommend

The place is very nice and very clean. It’s less than 5mins drive to Sunway Big Box shopping mall and about 10mins drive to Legoland. The living room area is very spacious. The wall mounted projector is very clear for family movie watching at night. They have a slide in the living room for the kids to play and another level above the slide with a mattress for a big kid to sleep. The living room got 2 queen size beds which can be combined. This is very suitable for a big family (3-5 kids). All can sleep together. They also have a hot water dispenser and electric stove to cook. Overall it’s a very fun and lovely experience staying here.
Easy instructions to get access. But a little inconvenient to shift the car if you are driving as the carpark needs card access too.
Building is 30floor high. Unit is in the middle. Near lift. Rooms are big and clean. Only downside is that the toilet is not equipped (no bath foam or shampoo, lack of hooks near the shower area for towel and clothes). Towels are provided.
Shower area has no door so the toilet floor gets wet. Would be better if the hooks are near the shower area instead of at the extreme end of the big toilet. Toilet area cleanliness can be better - saw a few hair at the corners.
Bed is comfortable. Enough pillows provided, not too soft.
Very convenient to access paradigm mall. Lots of food options, shopping and activities for the whole family. Would recommend staying here!

Pros: For the price you are paying, the room is huge and there is even a kids play room which is perfect for the kids.
Service chat is prompt and friendly.
General areas are kept clean BUT…
Cons: the toilet is really not well maintained and it smelled bad. One of the toilet The drainage was clogged and the toilet bowl has stains probably due to long usage.
There are ants all over the kitchen area although there is no food lying around.
Overall: For the price you pay, I do think this is worth it for the space , but if are very particular about cleanliness, this might not be the best homestay.

HHwee Aun SujaIt is located near Mid Valley mall. Probably a five min drive away. It was easy to locate as the signage to the homestay was easy to spot.
Apartment was clean and had filtered water.
The service staff was also prompt to providing the info needed. Queries were answered promptly and politely.
The apartment has
Bedroom 1 : 2 double beds (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed (sleeps 2)
Living room : 2 thin mattresses, can be placed on the floor (sleeps 2)
The only inconveniences encountered were :
1) the access door to the lift lobby was not working that day and hence we had to walk around to other floors to try to access to the lift lobby.
2) We had to drive all the way to the 5th floor carpark when there are so many empty lots around and the car park lot assigned was far from the lobby.
3) the water temperature was inconsistent.
Nonetheless, I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying here again in future.
AAmirahalim8820Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !
AAnonymous UserThe apartment is quite clean. However we got a room at Tower A facing the high way. So at night, u can hear very loud car noise pass through. So if you are a light sleeper, better message the owner not to give a house near highway. It would be great to have water dispenser in the house. Shower amenities are not labelled. It would be best to label what is inside the bottles. No toothbrush provided. There is washing machine with free power detergent which is good. No bathroom mat is provided therefore bathroom floor is always wet after showering which could lead to fall. The view is awesome.
GGuest UserGood and recommended but toiletry is lacking not provided shower soap or cream & towels so u need to bring ur own please advise them to provide
