The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

The room is spacious and clean. Great view from the room's window. I really like the room layout and it is beautifully furbished. The kitchen is great because it comes with A COMPLETE set of kitchen utensils. You will never run out of anything. This is also my first time staying in an apartment-like hotel in Europe, so I was impressed by the dishwasher. The floor is also warmed, which I like. Especially, in the bathroom, my feet didn't feel cold at all, unlike other places. I could not use the kiosk to check-in, but it worked just fine on my iPhone. I was worried about using smart key in my iPhone, as I read a lot of complaints from other reviews. However, it worked perfectly, including the entrance, elevator, and my room. I had no issue at all despite my thick phone case. During my stay, I met no staff. Luckily, there was not any issue, so everything was fine. Lastly, the location is the best. it is located in the centre, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Overall, it is a great place to stay and the price is very affordable. I think I will stay here again if I have a chance to return to Tromsø.

Miss sister is very good, because we flew from Paris very late, almost 11 o'clock to the hotel, Miss sister is very patient to guide us how to check in, and then because very late to ask Miss sister there is the nearest supermarket, immediately the location will be sent over, the phone is also very patient to tell me where the microwave oven is, The key is that this hotel is very close to the supermarket! ! Two minutes away, who knows the gold content of this distance in Norway! ! Then across the bridge is the Arctic Cathedral, and it takes 10 minutes to go to the gathering point of all activities! Really lived in a hotel that was very good! Norway is really enjoyable!

I was the first to eat crabs at this hotel. Before I checked in, there was no evaluation on Trip.com , and there was not much search on the Internet. The tromso hotel was outrageous for the New Year. There was really no way to book this hotel. It was actually a homestay. It was more than two thousand a night. We were a family of three. It was cheap, and other hotels started at 3,500. But I found that there was no mistake. One bedroom, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. On the first floor, the kitchen pots and pans are complete, the refrigerator is enough, there is an oven, no microwave. The house is on a slope. When you carry your luggage, you are a little tired. The east slope is long and slow. It is about 400 meters. The west slope is steep. It is about 50 meters. Down this steep slope, there are 33 roads and 34 roads to the tromso city center. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the city center. There is a kiwi supermarket 400 meters away from the east slope. Another 200 meters, there are 42 roads to the airport, and the airport is ten minutes away. No one contacted during the whole stay, the key was placed in the password box at the door, remember to manually lock the door. The hotel will keep in touch with your email. You can see the Tromser blues in the room, and the cable car opposite is clear. Overall, this famous hotel is recommended.

GGuest UserWe had a clean apartement with a nice view
BUT the apartment was not the same as the one advertised and the adress was different from the one on Trip.com. When we asked around, the locals told us many people have had issues with this reservation which was quite stressful as we arrived late, after a long ride with a plane to catch in the early morning.
We were not warned of any changes before our arrival so we were glad we had the car as the new adress was not so easy to find and not exactly in Central Tromsø as advertised.
Anyway, we had a clean apartment with a beautiful view, not very well furnished, one towel per person but a beautiful apartment that could absolutely be advertised as such.
MMintThe facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. EEddie LowOur best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms have kitchens if you want to cook your own meals. The rooms were quite warm. The front desk staff was also very helpful. Tromso is generally expensive, which was the only downside of the hotel. Other than that, everything was great.

AAnonymous UserThe normal homestay is still clean, and then there are three rooms of the right size. You can see the opposite mountain. Overall, there are more people. It is more cost-effective to live in this.
Facilities: This room of the hotel is a wooden staircase, so it is not convenient to take luggage, and then because it is a big ❄️, it will still be a little inconvenient to drive over, and then everyone should pay attention to it, this parking fee is also very expensive, You can plan in advance or say hello to the price before parking
Parking can not be charged for the tram. Overall, it is moderate. It is not as good as expected, but it is not too bad. If you have paper towels, it is best to bring it here. There is toilet roll paper.
