Fantastic experience! Booking a one-bedroom lake-view room felt like a steal, especially since I got a top-floor unit – the views were absolutely incredible. When checking in, there was a credit card issue, but the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and allowed me to use cash as a deposit. Checkout was quick and efficient. A crucial tip: make sure to email ahead to reserve a parking spot. My mid-to-large SUV fit into the hotel's car park without any problem. Next time I'm in Queenstown, I'd love to stay longer!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Queenstown city center, and the lake views are stunning. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped, making for a comfortable and quiet stay. The staff's service attitude was good, though there was a slight wait during check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for a Queenstown vacation, and highly recommended.

Really nice looking room and a very good price performance ratio. And you even get a complimentary drink. Room was nice and warm upon arrival. I didnt really understand the self checkin for a second, cause i didnt know the rooms were directly at the parkinglot, where the whiteboards and the name are written. Really easy and useful for a fast checkin and checkout. I would stay there again.

I checked in at 3:30 PM only to be given a dirty room, which was very disappointing. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they asked me to wait. I then asked if an upgrade was possible because the room felt very cramped, and the window only offered a view of the resort grounds, not the sea. It was room 213B, and all 'B' rooms apparently don't have sea views. You definitely need to pick an 'A' room for a good view. A little later, the front desk told me there were no rooms available and still asked me to wait. After another short wait, they said I could switch to room 201B. Upon opening the door, it was much better – it had a side window and even a partial sea view!

The room was on the second floor, level with the ground floor, which was great for carrying luggage. The front desk staff were very polite and there was no discrimination against Chinese people. The view was great, and the room was fully equipped. Considering that all hotels are expensive during the Spring Festival, this was quite good value for money. After closing time, the front desk staff would put an envelope with your name on it in the reception mailbox for self-service check-in, which was very convenient.

This hotel in Wanaka has very new and well-maintained rooms. They're bright with great views of the surrounding scenery. The service details are excellent; they confirmed my needs before check-in and proactively asked if I needed any assistance during my stay. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel near the airport is very conveniently located. However, if you arrive too late, the front desk will be unattended, and you'll need to call to get your room card. We arrived just after 8 PM, and the front desk was still there. There's also a supermarket nearby where you can buy things to eat at the hotel.

We were in the“Seabreaze“ apt, which was very clean and had the exact great views over the beach as described. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast. While it was cold outside, the heating inside kept us warm and cozy. Parking in the garage underneath, or right beside the building for a larger car. Important to mention the Italian restaurant just 100m away at the corner, which is our absolute favourite when coming to Dunedin! We highly recommend staying at the Esplanade Apartments and will book again in the future.

Excellent Apartment spacious, well-ventilated, and come equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning or fans, clean linens, toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bed is comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. Common areas like the kitchen, living room, or garden are inviting and encourage relaxation or interaction.

We stayed here three nights in November. The room was very clean and comfortable, the view was also beautiful. before booking we saw quite many low review comments, but the moment we entered the room, we felt lucky that we booked here, we had very pleasant stay. the staff (i think he is the owner), i met him at counter two times, he is very friendly person.
