Overall the hotel is good. It's very clean. The breakfast buffet is good. However, i do have a problem with them only offering 1 bottle of free water in the room. We booked a 3 person room and there is still one bottle water that's free. And when i asked if this is the hotel policy that one bottle per room despite the number of people, the lady at the front desk gave a really irritating response. If it is the hotel policy, you could just tell me because that's all I want to know. You don't have to give me a face. That just seems very unprofessional. At the end they didn't charge me the extra water i asked but i am willing to pay for it if you tell me that's the hotel policy though to me unreasonable.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very clean and well equipped.
But communications are managed by an IA and it is terriblely inefficient.
There is a relaxation pool on the roof (it's a jacuzzi) but it seems to be cold (it's what the iA wrote me) and that it's to be filled out by itself.
I didn't get to enjoy it...
I could never know how to do it and the swimming pool was empty.
The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen. I bought food, but I couldn't make the cooking plate work. I discussed three times with the IA about it. The IA translator was talking about a key in a box behind the door!
A lot of time and food was lost!
Very authentic place. Everything is comfortable and stylish. The windows of all rooms go only to the inner courtyard. Bala is strange, I stayed here 3 times in 2 weeks, the first 2 times did not ask for a pledge, the third time asked for a pledge of 40 dollars. He was returned to the eviction.
A impressive hotel, 10 out of 10! There is so magical that I wanted to extend for a day to enjoy the interior, the view, breathe fresh air, take a picture! The hotel is as photogenic as possible! Clean, beautiful and zen. Thank you very much for the pleasure!
P.S. add vegetables to breakfast - it is already a world trend.
Fine, clean and good hotel, nice staff and they are very helpful. Beautiful view of the city of Salta. There is a swimming pool and gym, unfortunately had no time before.

TTsDariaGood value for money. Great location! Just the bathroom was very tiny (almost impossible to open the door), water is leaking from the shower. Simple breakfast. Good option for few nights during exploring the area near
GGuest UserThis hotel was sublime. The ambience was peaceful and friendly. The decor was unique and very tasteful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
