This hotel was recommended by a colleague. We temporarily chose this hotel because the hotel next door suddenly increased its price. The location is also very good, not much different from other European hotels. The service is average. There are a few restaurants downstairs, and the overall experience is ok.
Close to the central train station, convenient transportation, a little distance from the old town, about 20 minutes walk, or you can take the tram.
The room is very soundproof and basically unaffected by the outside world. The items are relatively complete in Europe, with shoe cloth, shoe sponge, shower cap, cotton pad and cotton swab. The bedding is OK, but the duvet is a little thick.
The service is very good, meeting the standards of four or five stars!
There are all kinds of breakfast, but there are not many choices.
The hotel’s location is very good, the mountains surround the scenic town, but every summer there is the largest classical music festival in Europe. The hotel is right next to the city hall in the city center, next to the pedestrian street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Large parking spaces. The staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and I slept very well.
Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
Graz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).
The hotel is very close to the train station and next to a supermarket, which is very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the old city center. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are not big, the layout is compact, everything is available, and the open cloakroom. After checking in, I added another day. When I went out and returned to the room, I found that the room was not cleaned and replaced with new towels. I called the customer service and the waiter brought it to me quickly.
Obviously a very popular hotel! Sprawls over several buildings and so is deceptively large, even when each section is modest in size. The breakfast bar and staff are impressive, though the coffee machines deliver a bitter brew! My room was very modest in size, but certainly good enough. I suspect the rooms look very different from building to building.
The location is on the outskirts of Graz. It is best to drive there. The room facilities are good, and everything should be available. If you go to check in on a non-working day, remember to call for the password and pick up the room card yourself.
The incomparable beauty has made us recall the wonderful experience of staying in the cottage by Lake Grundl more than two months after returning home. After seeing the mountains and waters of Switzerland, we firmly believe that the Kammergut Lake District in Salzburg, Austria is the most beautiful area in the Alps and has the best experience. We lived on the first floor of the hotel, getting up early and returning late every day, early in the morning, evening, late at night, a glass of beer, two lounge chairs, three or four fireflies, a bay of Lake Grundl, a spire church, a village in the distance, a large knee-deep lawn in front of the door, and my son catching butterflies and dragonflies in the flowers every day. This scene is engraved in my mind, a beautiful memory.

MMariaFor those who are travelling by car and passing Graz in Austria this is a perfect location to make a stop over for a night. The hotel is next to the runway to continue next day. In general during our travel we have stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can say that this is the cleanest hotel we stayed. Everything were spotless. Breakfast very good not many things, but products that everyone eats nothing is going to waste😅. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always tries to help you. We stayed in the room 103 and can say very nice room got everything you need 🥰 I am suggesting this hotel to everyone who is travelling. Also, there is an airport next for the Hotel FYI .

JJINWENJust in the center of the city, there is a one-way line on the side, and the friend who drives the car is going to drive carefully for the first time. Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. The hotel was originally an ancient building, the floor was slamming, and the hotel was filled with potted plants. Breakfast is plentiful.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, the service staff is also good, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is not bad, suitable for business office, it is recommended, the facilities are also very complete
