This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

This hotel is quite good for Bangladesh standards. It has a rooftop pool and gym, and the breakfast is excellent. The facilities are a bit old, and the room was a little small.

It was good experience. Nice and clean room. Very quiet despite noise outside. Hot water, good Internet connection and friendly reception. All I want to change is more European options for breakfast. For example, omelet would be good. Currently, it’s more like lunch menu with all soups, noodles, rice, etc. French toast, boiled eggs and many items is good alternative, but could be better. Anyway 5 stars experience

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Beautiful hotel, a haven of peacefulness which was very enjoyable to retreat to after exploring the chaotic streets of Dhaka. All staff members were very polite and friendly, the room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are also great.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Dhaka. The biggest highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop pool and restaurant. At night, you get a panoramic view of the Dhaka cityscape, which was a wonderful refreshing experience during my stay. The room was [clean/spacious enough], and the Wi-Fi speed was stable and perfectly fine for business use. The staff were all very friendly, and I was particularly impressed by how they always met my requests with a smile. I would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to Dhaka.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone, the best option in Dhaka. It's centrally located, the rooms are clean, there's WiFi, hot water, a delicious breakfast, and a very good price.

Dear Trip.com Support, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. During breakfast at the hotel, I found an insect/ant in my food, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. I immediately informed the hotel staff, and while they replaced the food, the incident completely ruined my dining experience and caused serious concern about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I booked this stay expecting proper hygiene and quality service, but this experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I have attached/photo evidence of the issue. Considering the unpleasant experience and health concern caused, I request appropriate compensation or resolution from your side. Please investigate this matter and update me as soon as possible.
