Just inside the old city, surrounded by ancient buildings of different colors and shapes, the service is very good, someone helped me with my luggage, there are questions and answers. Because I can speak Russian. 😝 Breakfast is plentiful, 10 minutes walk from the hotel to St. Simon's Church and the Neman River, and Grodner is my favorite city on my self-driving way to Belarus. The hotel is quiet at night. Very recommended! 👍

I liked everything, excellent new modern rooms with all the facilities, cleanliness throughout the territory, staff is separate thank you. The city itself is very well-designed, I recommend if you need to rest in front of the border.

OOlgaIt was our 5th time in this hotel and i should say it was the last. It's very far from Russia if you travel from there and of the same quality you can find hotels closer. This time we had leakages in the bathroom and bugs in the dessert, i think with time and no proper quality conttol any nice place can deteriorate.

Заселили быстро, отель был забит народом. Сказали, что вай фай работает только на первом этаже из-за количества гостей. Завтрак не брала, но на выбор было 4 континентальных завтрака, не особо разнообразных.
В номере есть холодильник и чайник. Было очень холодно. Не смотря на то, что номер маленький, батарея не прогревала вообще. Кондиционер на тепло не работал. В ванной чисто, есть одноразовые шампунь, гель.
Бутылированной воды нет, но есть кулер на этаже (по крайней мере видела на своем).
Есть одноразовые тапочки.
Если бы не жуткий холод в номере и прекрасная слышимость всего, что происходит вокруг, то могла бы поставить очень хорошую оценку.
