The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

We heard that the security in the city square of Santiago, Chile is not that good, so we booked the Hilton hotel in this area. The price-performance ratio is very high. Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee. To get a higher floor, I waited until 3 pm to check in, but the view was directly on the neighboring house and nothing more. The breakfast is average. For this price, you can rent a hotel one level higher, and get the appropriate service and comfort. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! I do not recommend it.
