The Westin Blue Mountains is in a great location, within a 5-minute walk of Blue Mountain attractions. If you plan to cook, be sure to book a room with a full kitchen, rather than a superior room (which lacks a dishwasher and stove). You can upgrade your all-day pass for $45 during your stay, which you can renew daily for free. It's a great value.
PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams.
****** is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.
Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasn’t much to chose from after that
All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly.
We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.
The Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia is a modern, new hotel with fantastic amenities. The fitness center is great, offering a wide range of machines and treadmills perfect for a solid workout. Breakfast is included and served at the adjoining Boston Pizza, where guests order from a menu—standouts include the classic breakfast with eggs cooked any style, a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, three toast options, and crispy home fries. The rooms are clean and modern, and the open-concept lobby provides lots of comfortable seating. Staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Guests can also enjoy access to the second-floor pool, though it can get a bit noisy in the evenings due to people passing through the halls. The only drawback was the air conditioning units in both my room and a friend’s, which were noticeably loud at night.
I chose this hotel for a layover and was quite satisfied!
Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and clean. Drinking water is provided, and the bedroom and bathroom are spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large TV. Some of the handles in the bathroom are a bit old, and you need to bring your own toiletries.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Quiet at night and close to the airport. There's a McDonald's nearby. However, it's quite far from the city center, making it suitable for transit but not for city sightseeing.
Service: The service is excellent, convenient, and efficient. The front desk staff handled check-in with fluent English, and you can check out as early as 5:30 AM. There's also a round-trip airport shuttle service.
The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking.
Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. The control knob for the shower was missing...this should have been caught by cleaning staff. Front desk was quick to respond and got another room for me. But, no one likes to change rooms after settling in.
This hotel has excellent customer service, all the front desk staffs are very friendly. The room is perfect.. I stayed in a one bedroom suite there’s a huge bathroom., kitchen and bedroom also really big. Location is really convenient., there’s a supermarket nearby. The buffet breakfast is excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel.
Convenient transportation and complete facilities.

GGeoSmart NetZeroGreat hotel centrally located. Had to go to Quebec for business hotel was close to the bridge over. Also very close to parliament buildings for a visit and lots of great restaurants close by
Kkimi_cheThe Shanghai auntie at the front desk was so kind and let us check in early. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant service was fantastic, especially the bacon and potato hash. The hotel is located right in the heart of Toronto, making it easy to walk to all the popular attractions. Plus, there's a big supermarket on either side of the hotel.
MM220415****Facilities: The hotel is quite old. There are many restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the water park. It can be played with children. But it is similar to the water park in the big city in China.
Hygienic: The room is very clean, but the water in the water park is not very clean
Environment: The hotel is old. Parking is charged. There are many restaurants around but parking is more difficult. The hotel room is particularly poorly soundproofed. There is a stupid person in the middle of the night. It is very noisy to shovel snow outside, but what kind of bicycles do you need at this price?
Service: Basically no service, luggage can not be stored, but! For this price, don't ask for any bicycles.
GGuest UserThe king rooms are not set out properly. Bunch of small things but they are needed . Hooks in bathroom to hang up clothes or towels. The small useless closet is so small that you can’t hang up anything long .. good for t shirts .. my particular closet was torn off the wall and tilted forward, scared even to use it .. the French cleat that supposed to hold it against tge wall was broken. The mattress is a piece of crap . Could have used a sofa in this large room and all they had was a small chair ! The Tv has absolutely nothing on it for programs .. the hotel is geared to get you to the ****** out of your room. God forbid if your no feeling well or if you have children . The ****** restaurant I believe it was called casual the food is slightly overpriced but thats to be expected. We went twice the evening was ok … food was good . But breakfast well let’s just say it was needs a lot of work. Who has no spoons for coffee ??? Only one jam container in tge entire restaurant which I had to get because the service was horrible, no cutlery was set on table and had to go get it . The couple next table was waiting so long for extra paper napkins had to go to the bar and get more , at which point they brought some for us because I was looking for the same ..if your paying a premium for food pls make sure the service and table setting are perfect. Thats it for this visit
CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

GGeneralChaosThe only reason you would stay here is for the view of the falls which is spectacular. Otherwise it’s pretty basic, no bottled water in the room (can drink tap water) no slippers, basic bathroom amenities, no kettle, no coffee, no iron etc.. basic but quite acceptable.
Food is at Applebees next door which is good service of bad food, or you visit any of the other restaurants nearby. Once you’ve done the falls, there not a lot else to do in Niagara Falls and the hotel doesn’t offer anything to fill the time, but they do have a pool which is great for the kids. Parking is expensive at CAD40/night plus tax. For short waterfall focused stays it works.
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.
