This hotel is actually very close to the airport. From the exit, there are signs and a covered walkway directly to the hotel, taking less than ten minutes to walk (don't trust the walking time estimates on navigation apps). It's incredibly convenient. It's perfect for layovers because the breakfast is split: a simple breakfast starts as early as 3 or 4 AM, and the full breakfast begins at 6:30 AM. The variety is decent, on par with what you'd expect from a typical Hampton by Hilton in China.

I only stayed for one night. It's a bit of a walk from Helsinki Central Station, but even for a man in his mid-50s, it's within walking distance. The room was basic, just a bed, a locker, and a desk, and the shower and toilet were shared facilities. You can cook your own meals, and there's a buffet breakfast available at the hotel's restaurant in the morning. The person at reception was very kind and energetic.

The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak. The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.

The hotel is a bit dated but was spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Nearby attractions such as Senate Square, the Synagogue, and the historic market are all within a 10-15 minute stroll. Our room had a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the complimentary sauna. The breakfast was outstanding – very generous and delicious, highly recommended. A minor point for improvement was the check-in process: Upon arriving around 11:30 AM, we were informed that our room was ready, but only if we paid an extra €20 for early check-in. Otherwise, it would be available at 1 PM as part of our standard booking. Also, in July, the air conditioning in our attic room struggled to keep the room cool.

cannot recommend this accommodation enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spotless presentation and cozy atmosphere. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful at night. Our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing thoughtful local tips. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. If you are looking for a hassle-free, relaxing, and wonderful place to stay, look no further. The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

The room was very clean (though a bit small), and the location was excellent, only 5-6 minutes from the airport, and just a short bus ride (number 600) to the city center. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food, including hot dishes!

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

The reception counter was very friendly. After picking up the luggage, turn left and continue following the signs to find the hotel. The location is great. The bed and pillow are a bit soft, but overall I had a good rest.
