The hotel is definitely the best option in Borjomi. Among the strong sides of the facility I can highlight really good breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, fruits, desserts and egg varieties. Also, I really enjoyed the pool and spa, variety of saunas and everything was clean and tidy. But there were some flaws unfortunately: the hotel didn’t provide the bed I requested, the room was quite old and tired with air conditioning barely working. And finally, the bath robe was dirty. But can recommend anyway.

This was our first time staying here. We booked a deluxe room with a mountain view. We were able to check in an hour early, which was great, so thank you to the hotel for that flexibility. The room had a huge bed, clean linen, and a very comfortable mattress and pillows. It's clear the hotel isn't brand new and wasn't built yesterday – some of the furniture is a bit worn and there were stains on the carpet. However, this wasn't a big deal for us, and overall, the room was fine. Breakfast was included and offered a really wide selection: several types of cheese and porridge, cereals, cottage cheese, yogurts, vegetables (you could make a Greek salad), various sausages and cold cuts, canned tuna, omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, blinis, pancakes, coffee, juices, nuts, croissants, about 5 kinds of jam, and even pasta in the morning. In my opinion, that's a huge variety! The breakfast assortment was more or less the same every day, but we didn't get tired of it, and everything was delicious. A massive bonus is the extensive green grounds with ancient fir and pine trees – there's plenty of space to walk around. There's even a Borjomi mineral water spring right on the property. The hotel also has a swimming pool, saunas, and spa treatments. The hotel is a bit further out from the main town of Borjomi, but for us, this was actually a plus as it meant fewer crowds. If you want to go into Borjomi town, you can take a taxi or walk a couple of kilometers. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is an excellent choice. If I come back to Borjomi, I'll definitely be staying here again!

A beautiful, new, and clean family hotel. The reception is excellent. Thank you very much. The room has been upgraded. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the service is excellent. There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet. There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful. At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains. My thanks to the hotel management.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean. It's a great option if you're driving, and offers excellent value for money.

Очень хороший,новый отель,май-отличное время для отдыха с детьми,хвойный лес на территории отеля и вокруг,пыльца цветения сосны и ели очень полезна для органов дыхания.Наш ребенок зимой переболел ложным крупом и доктор рекомендовал этот курорт и это время года,здесь располагались детские санатории по профилю органов дыхания еще в советское время.Отель наверное лучший в этом месте,построен недавно для крутых лыжников,все на высшем уровне-и номера и кухня на завтраках.Каждый день новые интересные блюда местной и мировой кухни и нечто вкусное,что мы никогда и нигде не пробовали,хотя много путешествуем по разным странам.Например плов с разноцветными цукатами или варенье с маленькими сахарными шариками,надо будет спросить из чего. Персонал на ресепшен особенно душевный,все объясняют,во всем помогают,любят детей и дорожат гостями.Дали нам прекрасный номер,с видом на горы,лучше,чем забронировали-просто за улыбку нашего сына:) И электромобиль зарядить помогут-только зарядку с собой надо брать. Горничные прекрасные,уборка идеальная. Белье,полотенца ,тапочки и халаты меняют каждый день,расчески и зубные щетки,шампуни тоже. Вода,чай кофе каждый день,бесплатно. Первый этаж большой ТВ с мультиками для детей и бильярд с баром для взрослых. Русский и Английский знают все,мы тут как дома. СПА центр отличный,большой чистый теплый бассейн,теплый,даже горячий детский бассейн и джакузи,оба с гидро массажем. Фитнес зал хороший,сауны раздельные для М и Ж. Есть массаж и бьюти центр,все дорого и круто,сам СПА центр бесплатно для гостей отеля. Природа вокруг удивительная,даже туманы говорят здесь целебные. Большая детская площадка и в сезон даже аттракционы . На выезде из отеля квадроциклы и снегоходы. В самом Бакуриани есть несколько магазинов продуктов,даже оптовый дискаунтер с ценами вдвое ниже и круглосуточный рядом с отелем,пешком пять минут. А вот с кафе и дорогами-беда,ездить на легковушке проблема-ямы и канавы. За три дня где покушать не нашли,видимо не сезон. Еда только в отеле или в номере. Отель и Бакуриани однозначно рекомендуем и зимой и летом-круглый год!

The room was quite clean, there were towels with slippers and detergents (soap, shower gel). There was a safe in the cabinet. There was also a paid minibar and a couple of bottles of clean water with a kettle and tea bags in the room. The balcony overlooked the river, there was outdoor furniture and lighting on the balcony. There is a cafe in front of the entrance to the hotel, visitors to the cafe on the second floor could be heard at night, despite the closed balcony door. There was no shelf for personal detergents in the shower. The bed was quite small (about 140 cm wide). The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that they spoke poor Russian, they always tried to understand. A few words about breakfast: quite varied and tasty, there was even a national dish of Georgia - Megrelian khachapuri. The cafe in front of the entrance prepares excellent pizza with a crispy crust, I would also like to note that there are smiling and pleasant waiters working there.

People come here for the incredible experiences and views. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, but with such a rich history, that hardly matters. The rooms are warm, the staff are friendly, and they offer an excellent, varied breakfast buffet.

這家酒店真的讓我們非常喜歡 ❤️ 老闆一家人特別熱情，即使英語説得不多，也會耐心地用手機翻譯軟件和我們溝通。整個過程非常温馨，讓人有一種回到家一樣的親切感和安全感。 酒店的位置也真的太棒了！步行大約200米就是 Cable Car 起點，坐纜車下去後就是 National Park 大門和商業街，出行非常方便。 起點裏麪還有自己的 Bar 和餐廳，氛圍很舒服，食物也比想象中好吃。我們特別喜歡這裏的 fruit wine、fried chicken，還有一些當地特色菜，都很值得嘗試。 整個入住體驗非常愉快，是一家會讓人覺得“人與人之間也很温暖”的酒店。我們真的很喜歡這裏，下次來 Borjomi 還會選擇這裏！

Excellent hotel. It just opened a month ago. I highly recommend it to everyone. It's only a 5-minute walk to the park.
