Had a cosy, quiet and enjoyable 5-night stay at Herloom's one-bedroom premier twin room. Experienced some problems with the balcony door and bad odour from below the kitchenette's sink, and the support came to rectify the issues promptly. Breakfast was fantastic. All the hospitality staff were courteous and, without fail, asked for feedback for improvement. Kudos to the customer service team! Special shout-out to Ranti, who greeted us every morning with her bright smile and was prompt to help with all the requests we had during breakfast. Great service with sunshine smiles even on rainy days! Will definitely recommend Herloom Hotel and Residence BSD to travellers for a comfortable stay at BSD.

Considering its prime location in Karawaci, Tangerang, and the surrounding environment, this hotel is a good choice, even though some of its facilities are a bit dated. If you're traveling with children, it's an excellent hotel due to its spa facilities, water activities, and swimming pool.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

I booked this for a business trip, and it was a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was great, keeping me cool. It's a clean and good place. I recommend it. I'll book it again for my next business trip. It's clean and good.

This hotel's location is very strategic for transit passengers, especially for Umrah/Hajj pilgrims. Regarding cleanliness, the carpet should be replaced with a new one to avoid the musty smell. For facilities, there's no elevator to the rooms, which can be a bit challenging if guests have a lot of luggage. Overall, the hotel staff's service is excellent and friendly; they even escorted me to the check-in counter. Thanks!

Stayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

This airport hotel is actually named D'prima Wellness Center. It sells sportswear for golf and provides room and accommodation for tourists and passengers on transit. It is located next to Pelita Air check-in counters at Cengkareng Terminal 3. To reach D'prima Wellness Center, enter Gate 4 to the Departure Hall after exiting the Arrival Hall, going up the external escalator and walking for less than a minute. Look for Yoshinoya Restaurant which is on the right of D'prima Wellness Center before arriving at the double-level airport hotel. Toiletries are limited to toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, body wash and shampoo. Breakfast starts at 6 am. Before that, breakfast packs are being prepared near the reception for guests who have paid for room packages with free breakfast. So, I eat breakfast at Bangi Cafe on the left of the hotel before I check-in for my Pelita Air flight back to Singapore by 5.20 am local time.
