Hotels With Bars in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The decor felt quite new. They even had Braille identification at the elevator, which was a nice touch. The hotel is right in the city center, making transportation very convenient. It's really close to the Peace Memorial Park and Atomic Bomb Museum, just a few minutes' walk. The area felt safe and quiet. My only minor gripe was that there was a front desk staff member on the first day, but I didn't see them on the subsequent two days. It seems like many hotels in Japan are moving towards self check-in now, which I'm still getting used to as I don't visit often.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

Initially i wanted to book a hotel somewhere in the downtown. But the breakfast and the dinner here caught my eyes. Also the view of the inland islands. I stayed 2 nights here, I came from Fukuoka where my plane landed. The taxi fare from hiroshima station to the hotel is about 3000-3500 yen. There is free hotel shuttle bus but i did not take it. Also, there is public bus stopping right outside the hotel (which i found out later). Though the hotel is old, it is well kept and clean. The staff were very eager to assist the guests and there is always a smile on the face. I was given the 17th floor facing east. But the morning sun was too bright. Though it didnt matter much to me. Another reason i booked this hotel is they have speed boat counter for Miyajima island. I booked one way there as I have the JR pass for return and I have plans after. One way ticket from hotel to Miyajima is 2400 yen and return is 4500 yen. There is a convenience store in the hotel. But I believe they closes at 2200. Also, there is hot spring in the hotel. There is a usage charge for it, but i do not recall the price as i did not use. I went up to the bar on the 1st night. The view was great. Most importantly the price are reasonable too. For both days, i ate at the chinese restaurant for breakfast. 1st day was Japanese breakfast set. 2nd day was Japanese buffet style breakfast. They were delicious. The western and Japanese buffet breakfast at the top floor were very crowded. But they had more selections. For my return trip to Beppu, I used the concierge (bell desk) to send my big luggage to Fukuoka. The price was okay. I took the hotel shuttle bus go Hiroshima station. It was a pleasant ride. Do take note it is first come first serve and there’s a queue. I will stay here again, should I come back to Hiroshima. Thank you.

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was spacious and modern, and its proximity to the station was a huge plus. The service was impeccable; I dropped off my luggage in the morning, and by the time I checked in later, it was already in my room. They even changed the sheets every day during my multi-night stay. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, this one is by far the best.

I went on a two-day, one-night trip with my girlfriend for the first time and decided to stay at Miyajima Villa. I selected a triple-bed room with a sea view. As soon as I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I was told it was on the second floor. I thought, ”Huh?”, and when I got to the room and opened the sliding window door, I was disappointed. It was more of a parking lot view than a sea view. After that, I didn't open the sliding door again. I think it would be fine to stay on the second floor facing the mountains. If you're planning to stay, I recommend requesting a higher floor. Although the start was disappointing, other than that, the cleanliness, large public bath, breakfast, and service were all impeccable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! I had a very pleasant stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were neat, tidy, and had everything I needed. The staff were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hiroshima. I would definitely stay here again!

I saw the latest hotel introduction in the casa magazine in the afternoon. The small hotel that opened in September is the most attractive is the green house restaurant rebuilt by the pool before 3/f. The GPS phone has not been located yet, but it is easy to find. The design is simple and industrial. The front desk clerk is very good at English, so you have to go across the next street to take pictures of the car. Be careful of making mistakes. Originally, the room we booked was originally only one with a sloping ceiling, but it was gone when we arrived. Maybe they placed the wrong photo in the order, and they changed to another room with a large window. The design is special, but I personally think that the proportion of furniture is a bit large, and the wooden furniture is all hard square corners. It is a bit dangerous for children. The windows of the room are not tightly sealed, and cold wind blows in all night, and because of the loft bed design, the air is adjusted to 27 degrees inside the air and feels very cold, because the warm air only blows to the upper bed and can’t come under, I hope the hotel can improve it. .

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.
